It's a girl that lives on the streets, or roams them. That, or one that has impish appeal. ("Gamin" is for a boy. For the first definition, anyway.)
(I found it while looking for another word, which I didn't find on the same page (that it should have been on if it were listed).)

I picked light, cause Luminescent is fun to say. XD My second choice would be neutral. Um, both male and female I guess? If I can only choose one gendery-ness.. I guess male? ^^;
