Hm...I'm definitely not a fan of the 'good demon' thing, especially the portrayal of Hell. Comparing it to Dante, and having it be very different from Dante, was a bad idea. Then going on a tour of Hell, as a bit of the main 'action' in the first chapter...this ain't Dante, but on the other hand, it doesn't have to be.
Other than the big "Dante" portion just not having good enough descriptions, or being as clever and original as Dante, it's pretty good. Second Chapter especially, since it goes a bit away from the philospophical element, and into the characters.
The thing with Satan didn't quite read right, but was a okay gag.
Other than that, I like the characters. Kara is a bit flat, sorta like a lot of 'average main star' characters. Adriana is interesting, and reminds me of Etna from Disgaea. Doesn't have Etna's depth, though.
All in all, this isn't Shakespeare, or Dante, or Disgaea, or Firefly, but it is a very good 'above average' work that I'll be following. It's still in the exposition + setting phase right now, but it's definitely on my save list.
Note: A few minor grammer errors.
