You can add me in if you'd like. Unfornetly no one has drawn me yet so all I have is my art request thread. http://www.magicalsailorfuku.net/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=3670
You could also draw me if you'd like.

Alas, I lost the original piece when I moved back to my home in Florida, so I couldn't add anyone if I wanted to. The paper was also really full already, so squeezing in someone else would have been pretty impossible.

However, I can take your request, and I'll work on it as soon as I'm able. Think of it as amends ^_^;

What I found hilarious and odd is that you put me in that picture. I guess I use my human/normal form more I thought....

Well I like it anyways. Its really cool it would be nice to see an image of everyone characters at MSF but that would be almost impossible since it would involve talking to everyone and keeping up with everyones characters.

*coughcough*

Anyways, really awesome stuff. And I did find 'me' in there as well as the common mistake people had when first seeing Aeris in IRC. ^^;;

What's that cough for, my question still hasn't been answered? What Autobot?

I can't see the picture....or any pictures right now, all blocked. For some reason the only art I can see is the stuff posted at MA or the MSF main site.

I'll send the pic to you if you want, Lio. Your image in it is my particular favorite, so I could at least make sure you see it.

Hey everybody. I'm back from visiting my family on a mini-vacation of sorts. Between seeing friends and family and studying for a test this Monday, I've had no time to work on the requests I've accepted, but I'll be able to hunker down on them this week, starting with a piece I'm working with Kerina on, and then Kumi's. To make up for my tardiness, I have some older pieces you guys might find interesting, not so much for the quality I'm afraid, but for the content...

Akemi's Advance Wars thread inspires me to show some of my old AW art, terrible as it may be. It all comes from an idea I had for a webcomic based off of Advance Wars, which I think would have been pretty clever, and also pretty illegal. At any rate, I have two pages from the comic-that-wasn't, and a pair of sketches as well.

That's the character model I made for Sami, with notes and expressions and what not. The idea of the comic was to have the CO's battle each other with your typical anime superpowers as opposed to large scale armies like the game. Personally, I thought it was brilliant, but no one seems to agree with me...

This is a mini-model I made of a young Sensei, who was one of several characters to have an extensive history be drawn up for them. Even though the art doesn't hold up to my standards today, I still like it because Sensei is such a great character.

Page one of the comic...

...and page two. This was the intended prologue, featuring young Max, Grit, and Nell during the start of the conflict between Orange Star and Blue Moon which eventually leads up to the beginning of the first AW.

Well anyway, I'll be working on those requests this week, but if anyone have a request of your own, don't hesitate to ask. If I don't have time for it, I'll make time. ^_~

Here's Kumi's request. It's a personal failure.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v714/ ... quest2.jpg

I want to get better at using color, but anytime I use anything other than watercolors, I mess up some of my favorite pictures, and even my painting skills pretty much suck.

As you can see, this picture should have been in color, and deserved a background too. But I messed up the coloring, so it's ruined being only half-finished. Luckily, I foresaw my failure, and scanned the picture just before destroying all that was good in it with my atrocious coloring skills.

Out of curiosity Goose, what do you use for the coloring and such? Photoshop? MS Paint?

I've had some experiance coloring stuff in Photoshop. So if you need some pointers, I'd be glad to help.

I was referring to actual colors like pastels and paints. I'm terrible with them.

I'm even worse with computers, however. My resolution this New Year's was to own and learn Photoshop, since any career I seek in art will likely require it... Still looking for the coin to buy it though...

Nonetheless, thank you for the offer.

I see a good pic, why was it a personal failure?

I tried to color the picture like it deserves but I failed because I don't have the skill to get it right. That image is the pen and pencil version I scanned in before attempting my eventual lackluster efforts at adding color.
