I like how clean the lines are. I tend to scan in sketches and try to clean them up.

I've found it actually helps to trace the image. Here's my method. I currently use a picture frame as a light board; you need smooth, plain glass with no warping, variations, etc. An unused window pane works, too. Brace it in your lap, with a flashlight under it. Then you anchor the paper together with paper clips- minimum two, though best is four, as that's one per corner. You need to do this to keep the paper from sliding on you. Then, just trace. Gets rid of all the spare lines and erasing smears and what not. I always trace images prior to making the finished product. It's great for inking and Photoshopping, though even if you use another method, it still works. Plus, as a side bonus, it means your original will go unchanged, in case you make some sort of irreversible mistake on the later stages.

my method is to clean up the drawing a bit then scan it in and trace it with illustrator, with color most of the time otherwise id use photoshop to color it it. it gives better smooth colors but not rly what i like as far as style.

but if you want a easier way to trace, you could just take that pane of glass put it verticle and put the drawing on the left side of it and the clean piece on the right, if you tilt the glass in the right direction you can get the drawing to appear on the other side :) sometimes better with 2 glass

:D Feels like releases these days have been few and far between so it's good to have some more classic game character tg art.I also agree that all of the FF 7 characters are better as females. But yea, good job Tg,I really like the look of your art look forward to seeing more of your work.

Vectors are fun, I did a course last semaster on indesign and illustrator where we designed booklets. But still I find that both programs lack to design graphics at least for me. But must say love the way you made cloud very cute and impressive.

Always good to find another artist to enjoy the art of here on MSF. ^^
Those are some great pics, the vecotr-based colouring makes them very bold, clear and colourful, and that works perfectly for anime-style pics. Nicely done, and I look forward to seeing more! :)
