Dreamers Staff: Originally a wooden staff with a green orb at the end. Kumi the orb was and is the source of Kumi's powers. It joined with Kumi and gave her the ability to not have to worry about using her powers simply. The orb was on on her upper back when it joined with her originally but now that she has been reborn, as a tigress, she and her staff and the orb are joined completely. The staff has become her wings.
Dreamer wings: Kumi's pervious staff that has joined with her and become her wings. The bones themselves are wooden covered in white feathers.
Dimensional portals: Portals that can be used to access many plains in dimensional level.
Plane: used to get to different layers within a dimension. Can also be used to redirect stuff thrown at me or to move from one spot to another.
Barrier: Used to block an item or something thrown at her.
Dimensional: Used to travel between dimensions.

Pink mallet/katana: A christmas gift that was her first mallet. Is is protected be many magics and can TG a person if so needed. It is a mallet when she's female and a katana when male.
Crossbow and bolts: Kumi's primary form for TFs the crossbow is hightech. The bolts are used for TFs.

Dimensional dice: Used with a dimensional bubble can randomly change a person.
New items:
TF crystals: Crystals used in most of her TF magictech items. The raw crystals can be used to TF most people any way. Can even be used for mental changes and deep seals if multiple are used and how they are used. Can alter a person's control of their powers too. When a victim stares into the crystal for long enough they can be hypnotized. The crystals can also be reshaped by the thought of its owner.
Snipey: AKA Mr. Snipey. A highly advance sniper rifle that can use most any projectile by changing clips. She has used foam balls and darts and crystal TF bullets. Her employees, at dream corp., built her this as a gift. She normally uses this for long ranged TFs.

Bio files:
Earily life: Born in a parallel dimension to earth she was raised by her original mother there as a typical human girl. The demon lord Kane killed her mother as she protected her. Kumi was saved as her home dimension was destroyed by a dimension guard that witnessed her untrained raw powers. after that she was raised and trained by him.

Dimension guard times: files not found or corrupted. Most of what is know of this time Kumi was trained by her sensei to be a extremely lethal killer. Due to this training she tends to enjoy learning everything she can about anything that interests her. She was given her own dimension as a gift, this is were her home was built. That is why her house is bigger on the inside than on the outside. Her house does connect to MSF in the woods normally.

Currently: Kumi mostly hangs out around MSF. Sometime while hanging around here she started her own company in a dimensional nexus, called Dream corp., she was bored at the time so decided to make her own R&D company. Has become the guardian of all dimension and dreams. This is why she is so cold and uncaring about killing someone.

Recently through the actions of Hikari Oblivion she discovered that she finds herself in a odd sensation of complete joy while being at the end of a dimension. With Rei's help she has made peace with this but she still isn't sure why these emotions come to her then. This is because she feels a rush of emotions whenever she is before a raw dimensional rift. These rifts being directly connected to the space between dimensions.

Skyblue: Brother(adobted). She loves him much deeper than that but goes with it.
Amiki: sister. Directly related somehow but they know they are but don't know how.

Physical Appearance: She has a slender build and appears to be about the size and shape of an average 16 year old girl. She is a very cute girl. She has short brown hair and blue eyes. She normal wears a plain white tank top and a blue skirt./ When she gets really mad her true power is revealed. When this happens her eyes change blood red and her hair
becomes snow white./Final form in this form either personality can access. Half her body looks like the good side and the other half looks like her dark half. The good half has brown hair and a blue eye a angel wing from her back. Then the other half has a demonish wing a small horn and a red eye with white hair.

Weapons: She uses two daggers, Tsunga and Aunga, that have a strange connection to her and her past. She doesn’t know how or why. They can give her power and she can give them power. They are alive since they are connected to her. She does use other weapons but ends up dropping them sometimes because they’re strange for her to use. Plus her daggers see that as a insult. She gets a katana also. It has many of its own unique ablities but it isn’t as strong as Tsunga and Aunga. But is still very powerful. Plus since it isn’t connected to her soul it can be separated from her for a longer time than her daggers.
Abilities: She is fairly good at fighting but lack a true fighting style. She is fast but easy to knock out./ Her red eye self has a more concrete fighting style and is fast and stronger than her normal self.
Magic: Her normal self can heal people and even bring them back from the dead(24 hr. limit. This means she can only revive if they’re died less than 24 hrs. ago.). She can only revive those she really cares about./ Her red eye self can shoot red energy blast that can rip enemies apart from the inside out these techniques keep the enemy alive long enough to feel all the pain from this attack(Distruction Blaster is her main attack in this form). She doesn’t know how to use all of her techniques because she can’t remember when she does use them.
Personality: She actually is very sweet and is extremely shy around new people. She will become quite and stand very still around them if Skyblue isn’t around. When she gets shy and Sky is there she normally graps onto his arm and won’t let go. She is a very happy girl dispite not remembering her past./ Her red eye self is very mean and very deadly. She
will kill anyone who gets in her way in this form. She doesn’t stop fighting until all her enemies are dead in an area or if she runs out of power. She says she htes Sky but that's because he makes her feel happy. She doesn't like that.
Weaknesses: She is very shy around most people that she doesn’t know or just meet. She goes quite when she meets new people. She seems to have a connection to Skyblue (he is the only person that she doesn’t get shy when they first meet). She seems to cling to him when she gets shy(which can a weakness for both of them). She likes to cling on him when she feels lonely or just when she wants to./ When she uses her true power she blacks out. She doesn’t remember when she uses her true power or much about her past.
Background: First thing she remembers waking up one day in what she thinks was a hospital. She got really pissed and distroyed that wing of the builden, when she blacked out. She came to she was outside with a dagger in each hand. She has been running from them ever since. Ever time they almost catch her she fights them and she blacks out. She wakes up hours later drained (this usually means she has used her true power). She had to live out on the streets and eat out of trash can and she had to hide in some of the worst places imaginable. She lives with Skyblue. She recently found out that the daughter of the old couple that gave her name to her created her and that she was made from a demon and a angel.

She comes from a hell world she controls the hell flame or hell fire. The flame is bound to her soul completely. She was bought here by Kumi when Kumi went to her world to kill the demon that distroyed Kumi's home dimension. In order to live in this dimension she needs to eat souls.

Appearence: He is kind of skinny and seems to be a lazy person. He is a loner and is very hard to reach when he gets into something. He normal wears a shirt that he designed that has his 6 favorite game girls on it, Tifa, Aeris, Kid, Hitomi, Luna and Lucia. He normally has a gray bag that looks like a school bag which contanes a lot of tech stuff. He is a eletron freak but also seems to be with drawn and very mean to most people.

History: Ken was brought to MSF by Kumi. He comes from a town where no magics are known. He lived a typical life, except for most people where freaked out and teased him for his hair and eye color. He graduated school and went to a technical school taking multimedia and networking. Early in coming here he was turned into a succubus that became known as Kendra. In this form he was trained to be a sexual succubus but with the help of the angel of life, Michelle(male angel. despite the name.), he had the demon sealed in him till the day he died. Some things can free it but he keeps it under control. Because of the demon he was disowned by his family, except for his brother Kevin, when he tried to drain Kevin in his sleep as the demoness. That is what convinced him to have it sealed. He now works freelance for computer technology, usage, repairs, network admin, and multimedia. Being well verse in all of them. He able to fix most computers just by working on them in a couple minutes. His mirror computer was built from computer parts given to him by Jayme, he often times reworks it to improve its functions. He love his roommate, Josie. And is trying to become Kevin's legal guardian, who lives with them.

Appearance: He has short blue hair which he normally wears back in a ponytail. He is around 5'5" and very skinny lacking any physical strength at all. He wears white robes, which appear to be too big on his small frame. He also wears light blue pants on underneath the robes and brown slippers. He carries an oak wood staff which he uses as his main weapon and to cast spells.
History: As a young boy he heard stories of knights, mostly Dact. He grow up wanting to be a knight but his lack of physical strength and and noticeable powerful healing spells made it clear he was better suited as a healer. He has spent years training and learning magics as to help adventurers but still wants to have his own adventures.

Age: 5 years old? Doubtful but she sure looks it.

Weight: Who knows? She's a small girl though.
Race: Human. Reaper.
Appearance: Has the appearance of of a cute little girl, with longish blonde hair and bright green eyes. she is absolutely adorable with a small figure just simply having the appearance of a child. She tends to be clad in a black robe and nothing else typically. She has been known to wear diapers sometimes as people do think she is actually just a child.
Personality: She is oddly carefree for a reaper, tending to act much like the child she appears to be. She often speaks in third person and will call people by their names rather than saying him or her or he or she. She might also call the person some odd nick names too.

History:
Pre-reaper: She was a typical little girl being raised with by her fairly large family, she being human at the time. She was happy with her mother and father and 4 sister and 6 brothers. Until a war broke out in the country they lived in, the invading country came to the city they lived near as one of the first confrontations. During the invasion her whole family was killed in front of her. It was then that she stood there covered in blood when an old man walked before her with a simple touch he killed the soldiers in the house and said it was their time. He finding her stopped when she saw him and spoke to him, being that close to all the death allowed her to see the Reaper.
The Challenge: The Reaper actually had grown tired of years of reaping souls told her about the challenge of the Reapers. She challenged him at a game of chance, which the only one she knew how to play was a version of gold fish that she played with her father. When asked what wish she wanted granted she found out she couldn't bring back her family as it was their time to die. She ended up helping the reaper by taking its place as a Reaper becoming a new one.
Reaper times: As the old Reaper's soul left for another plane of existence she was reborn as a Reaper herself. She spent the next 10 years being trained in the ways of the Reapers. The countless years of reaper made her go a little insane, with the combination of losing her family in such a violent manner. It is the main reasons she acts as she does.

Powers
Reaper Scythe: A large scythe being just over twice the height of Delia. It seems to be the source of her powers. Using it to open gates to the worlds souls are suppose to go to.
Negation: As a reaper she has a natural ability to absorb and negate others powers. She can even absorb and send them back to the person using them.
Death Note: A old, black bound notebook opening at the side that tells her the name of the next soul to reap. It has the language of death within it though so only a reaper or one skilled at languages can read it. However some pages can become other languages.

Special Skill
Doll Seal: She loves sealing powerful souls into the forms of dolls. Her favorite being one of Hikari Oblivion. But she has many dolls she has collected. The head reapers allow her to do this as she has served them loyal since her rebirth.
