I used photoshop, with several layers and fliters to get that effect. The tutorial I used is here at this link. If you wanna give it a try

p.s since I lack the skill to write kanji I cheated and place it in there with one that was design so yeah I take no credit in the aspect ;.; sadly

Even though you didn't write the kanji I still love the picture and I wish that they used kanji on the headbands in Naruto.

Yar, I was originally going to try and draw a small dragon symbol, but to not be a total ripp and sorta of unique, I did the kanji ^^

Yar, been in a slight slump into actually uploading or doing anything. But since its spring break I started a new digital painting heres the "In progress work" critque welcomed ^-^
