More post titles!

While the post count isn't really significant, it does have its evil side when it comes to the part where it lies about our activeness. Sure, some would like people to think they're younger, but I rather like the truth better. ^_^; <-- Is old crone! X_X

But that's just the way it is. It doesn't have to be, but it is. Sort of like how many of those good times are now gone forever and only await loss in my memory. Ah... I recall many a great time around here... Now those threads filled with memories are now sentenced to my brain where there is no longer a way to refresh the memories. Le sob. T.T

I think it's a good idea -- not sure about every 500 posts, though. That's a lot of titles.

That's not alot of titles. Think about how many titles there are now in just 1000 posts. Five, is there? Newbie, MSFer, active user(?), derailer, total nutcase... Sounds about right. So, that means two titles more per 1000. At most only ten more titles would be added, twice the current amount but covering five times the amount of posts. I think that's actually a balanced addition. Though I haven't even tried to do the math... I'm just guessing. ^_^;

Of course, it could just be added until 4000 or 4500 since it would be pointless to have one for 6000 when the only person up there isn't allowed to have a post count title in place of moderator. X_X

Well, you better start posting like a madwoman, then. XD I was wondering if someone would say that.

Though that wouldn't be accurate since I've never been that high. I've been close, probably about a hundred or two short, but I guess I do have another chance coming up. XD;; Quick, everyone stop posting so I don't feel tempted to post! Stop me before it's too late! X_X;

Sounds like a good idea, though perhaps not every 500 posts after 1000. Titles should be focussed in the band of postcounts that most people, that way there will not be a lot of work done for something that only a few people see, and the folks with high post counts are likely to end up with fairly unique titles too.

I suggest a title at 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000 and 6000.
