We Want Homegrown MSF Art For The Site!

I've decided to hunt down some homegrown MSF art for the front page! If you're an artist, and you have a color image which you think is pretty MSF-ish and that you would like to potentially donate either to the front page or main design, please, by all means, post it here!

Also, if you're willing to work with us on a cohesive new visual design for the site, I'd love to hear it!

I don't have any images that would necisarily be good right now pre-made but I am versed in web desing and flash, and I'd be up for working with y'all for a new sight design and artwork. Prolly more heavy on the artwork side but ya know whatever is needed I spose.

I guess if you have an idea as to what you'd need or want let me know, or get aholda me via messager or e-mail to arrange some kind of brainstorming session

That was the idea I went with with the banners. But I didn't use any of my work.I'd have to look.

I'd be willing to design something, if you like. I don't have any images right now which would really be in keeping with the theme, unless you count last year's contest submission, which got me into this group in the first place.... It might take a little while, as work eats up the vast majority of my time these days, but I'll see what I could come up with for you. I also have Paint Shop Pro- which includes Animation Shop- so I could theoretically make graphics, as well.

Well, ideally, everything that's ultimately done for the site should be in the same color scheme for the purposes of the newer design.

However, this color scheme does NOT have the be the one currently used. Just let me know what the color scheme you're using *IS* and I'll adjust the main color scheme appropriately. As we're just soliciting ideas and artists right now, you can submit any number of arts that use different color schemes. Just be willing to do extra art should we require it.

Oh, I don't know yet. Heck, I might not even have any good ideas. So if anyone else wants to produce any work of their own, please don't feel like you'd be treading on my toes. I'm just willing to do some work if it's desired.

I could pull something together with some time. I'd rather take a request than have to think of something, however. I'd like to hear some examples of what you mean by "homegrown MSF art". ^^

A group picture with as much as many MSFers you can draw would be nice to see.

Beyond, you should make a thread asking for everyone to post their pictures, or do it here, or uhm, something.

I was under the impression I already designed a general layout scheme for this site...

If you mean replacing the header images, though, that's okay. They're more like placeholders anyway; I didn't want to leave the space completely empty.
