From the set offered, I'd have to pick either Athena (because of the wisdom she represents), or Hephaestus (because he was such an underdog of the Olympians and thoroughly abused by his mother, so he deserves some appreciation ^^).

I agree with you there, Alyta. Hephaestus was actually a half-decent dude and had to put up with being tossed off of mount Olympus to become crippled, Aphrodite sleeping with other men behind his back, et cetera.

And what was so good about Eris, anyway? She was the discord in battle. The confusion that overcomes you when you're amidst allies and enemies alike clashing all around you, making it hard to rely on your senses. Nothing really fun there.

Now, Nemesis, on the other hand... There's a goddess with a good all-the-time job. XD

And supposedly Hephaestus/Athena had a child when he dropped his seed on her or on the ground or something. I think that's one of the stories that aren't very... Strong? Though he does spend a lot of time by himself with his helper golem things so he could have been alone long enough to go kind of bonkers. Because that one, not-so-well documented/told event is pretty out-of-character for him. And besides, Athena would have tried him for attempted rape or something. And Zeus wouldn't have been happy about it either. So it's rather inconsistent. But that's Greek for you. It's Greek to me, anyway. XD;;

I picked Athena despite it not being easy. She is not as cruel and completely unlikeable as some of the gods *glares angrily at Zeus* though she still is a greek god with all the negative personality traits that brings. Still wisdom, crafts and generally civilization are things i can identify with and respect much more easily most of the other greek gods.
