Yeah; that was most insightful, Prophet. I probably missed some developments in the poll, but I think I got most of the common ones. besides my own experience, I've generally noticed that children tend to unleash whatever they think and feel about what's happening to them on others, usually in negative/annoying ways that tends to get them in trouble and give them something more to be upset about.

Combination. Move on + Escape + treat others kindly OR get vengence, depending.

I voted for finding an escape as the "most likely" option, simply because we don't see the other options happening every day, while we generally see someone engaging in s0ome form of escapism regularly. That said, I don't really get the poll... The most likely thing for a cvhild to do? Any child? All the choices imply that the child's been through some sort of pain, but I don't see that in the question, or in the first post...

Help me out here. :?

I said that what the subject entails depends on your own perception. So what the child goes through is dependent on what you think they went through involving those four words in particular: pain; suffering; trial; and tribulation. The poll's subject is serious but I made it so there is no right or wrong answer. There is no: "Hey, what world do you live in?" It's just speculatory, really. If I wanted some circumstancial evidence out the yin-yang then I would have made a debate/argument in the tea room or something. Which I didn't feel like doing for this kind of subject. As you can see by the poll and the posts there's a fair number of people who are uncomfortable at even speculation, so imagine the Hell if I had started a post in the Tea room.

So you wanted us to go by the subject of the post? Because nothing was said about that in either the body of the post or the poll question... It confused me...

That was in my first post. And in my second I said something to the same effect. <.<;

Depending on what environment the child is raised under, even if life is tough, I'd expect one would move on.

However, optimistically, I'd hope a child would use their own experiences to better others.
