Hey there folks! I was just puttering around and thought, why isn't there a tg fanfiction list? Well with a little help I intend to fix that problem.
There here shall be a repository of TG fanfiction!. I'm not talking about
slapping down a whole bunch of Ranma 1/2 fanfic links. This list is for
fanfics with tg as a main part of the plot. Preferably fanfics based in universes without tg normally. But if its a major plot point then throw it up!
This list is for the enjoyment of everyone!

Now for a few rules to make sure everyone stay happy.
Rules
1. If it's mature PUT A DISCLAIMER ON IT!
2. Give credit to the owner of the fanfic, so please place the author name under the link. (they worked hard and deserve credit.)
3a. Post any fanfiction that tg as part of its main story plot.
b. Preferred to have fanfics based on things that don't have tg as main
part of its universe such as ranma, note the "preferred", Ranma fanfics
are fine but make sure the tg element is a focus of the story and not
just a typical background element of the universe.
4. No slandering other people's work. If you don't like a particular fanfic
please don't post negative comments. Keep them to yourself unless its
constructive criticism.

Well, I know of two right off the bat. I have two fanfics in progress on Fanfiction.net. I would post a link, but my computer is messed up right now, and freezes when I go on that site. I'll try to post the Links later, but for those who can't wait...if there are any.

Dragon Ball Z-An accidental wish.
Gohan makes a wish on the dragonballs and ends up a girl. Comedy ensues.

Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask-A different kind of magic.
A redo of the Majoras Mask game. Instead of being turned into a deku, Link is turned into a girl. I am planning a definite sequel for this one if anyone cares.

Anyways, here're some of the ones I've found...

Alteration of Chance

A Chrono Cross TG fanfic. I don't know much about Chrono Cross's plot (Chrono Trigger is my specialty), but it's pretty good. Discontinued.

The Heroine of Time: Or Link the Big Girly Girl

Zelda. This one fluctuates between good and bad, and can get kind of confusing, but is okay overall. Basically, Link falls into a sort of permanent Spring of Drowned Girl.

I know that there's at least one more titled something like "Metamorphosis", but I just can't seem to find it... I recall it being quite good, though.

(I've never played Kingdom Hearts, so don't ask me anything about the plots of these.)

A Walk in Your Shoes

A Ranma fanfic. Akane becomes cursed on a trip to Jusenkyo made in order to cure Ranma's curse.

A Cursed Akane

Same as above, only much, much worse. You can read it if you're interested, though.

Girlemon

A Pokemon TG story! Quite good, but discontinued. The basic premise is that everyone's gender has been reversed.

I had another Pokemon TG story to list here (titled "Pokemon One Half}, I believe) but its author has deleted it. The author's profile is here, however, so you can request it from her if you wish. I don't have the time to do so.

Transformation

Sonic TG. All the main characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow. Dr. Robotinik) get TG'd. Includes bonus fanart!

Damon Rannoch (Switch)

A Pokemon fanfic. Not really TG, but includes TG bodyswap elements later on. An interesting read, at any rate, even if the grammar is a bit rough at times.

Since Shadowmaster advertised his own fics I'm doing the same with mine...that had some type of TG element in it.

Twinkle Park Switch -A Sonic styled body swap parody fanfic.

Bin Switch - A Tokyo Mew Mew styled variation regarding a multiple body swap.

P.S. Ch. 14 of the Advance Wars Drabbles had some TG element in it.

It's basically using the Ranma 1/2 standard of those pools, but it's well written One Piece fanfic in my opinion.

I'm still having no luck with the older fanfics but I have found a few more.
All of them are Naruto fics though....and not quite up to the quality I like. But they are semi-decent .
