We have Bella today, a local Eternal. So her hand is glowing? I tried my best with that part looks like its glowing. Either way shes cute and the swirlys suppose to be a way to say uh eternal I think I dunno. But I like it ^^

Its says Eternal Bell because couldn't figure out Kanji for Bella xD
