"Yes. Try one more time, please. For me? Here, let me try to help make you comfortable."

Deheune steps up to Dan and hugs her and she focuses on transmitting her love to her, causing a warm and relaxing feeling to wash over Dan.

"You can do it. I know that you can." She gently whispers into Dan' ear, nuzzling her cheek against hers. She hoped that the sort of focus that she was trying to inspire would help Dan feel her way toward using the magic that was waiting under the surface, eager to be used.

(( Dont make it easy for her to return to a fake human life, Deheune can have it easy becouse of the moon, but Dan doesnt have the necesary knowledge nor a source of power to do it right... and I think changing into human must be limited by energy. ))

Dan nodded and concentrated one more time but thanks to Deheune she was feeling more at ease with herself. Several minutes later she felt something spreading through all her body, waves of warmness covered her skin as she found herself changing into a more human appareance, her skin went from her shades of green to a more humanish skin color, her pointed hears shrinked a little to human size but still retained their form.

She oppened her eyes and looked at herself. "It worked" She said happilly before noticing strands of dark green hair and feeling her pointy ears "It... half worked..." Although she couldnt see it, her eyes remained unchanged, they were still the deep green they were before.

It was hard for Dan to keep this level of concentration, it drained too much energy from her and before she knew it her skin started taking their old green colors again. "...thats... not... fair..." She said noticing the change, she concentrated more to keep her form humanish but there was no use and she reverted to her old self.

She collapsed to the ground. She was really tired from the experience, all her body was itching and her mind was exhausted. She looked at Deheune with a shocked expresion mixed with confusion "What... happened?".

(OOC: I had no intention of it. I figured that your character would realize on her own, whether if she succeeded or not in appearing human, that it would be foolish/a mistake to do that. My character felt that your character might accept the change better if she were to realize it at the village rather than wonder about her choice in the forest and with the faeries where she wouldn't get the experience.)

"I guess that you're too overwhelmed by all that has happened." She ventured and helped Dan to her feet. "Can you walk? If you want to continue with what you want to do here, the late hour and the rain should provide us with plenty of safety. If not, I'll carry you back."

She gave Dan a warm smile, knowing that she wouldn't mind carrying back her sleeping form if it came to that.

Dan could barely stand on her own, drowsiness filled her body while she started to calm down. "Modlus..." she said softly "Lets tell our families we are fine so they wont worry about us later..." she let a big yawn, "Besides... if they understand they can even give us a place to stay for a while...".

Dan wanted to remain optimistic but there was something about the idea that frightened her, humans. The though of humans arround her sent a shiver through her spine, she wanted to deny those feelings but they were strong so instead she tried turning her thoughs to something else. "Maybe I can take a bath too..." she whispered.

"I don't know..." Deheune said with uncertainty. "Most people don't believe in the fae. I know my father well enough, and I know that he would think me a lunatic for claiming to be his son. As for my mother... I don't know. My parents separated because of my mother's rather... 'Uninhibited' artistic interestes..."

Regarding Dan, she asked: "How do you think your family will react? If you're not sure, maybe it's for the best that we just leave a letter telling them that we had all gone to another city to find work and start life away from our parents?"

"I am not sure how would they react..." She spoke softly "But if we dont try, we wont be able to know the answer..." She smiled to Deheune. "Modlus... Thank you... Thank you for being here with me... I know you must feel as afraid as I am... yet you dont show anything else than a warm smile to me..." Dan hugged Deheune tighly. "Thank you...".

She tried standing on her own, it was a hard with her body all aching but she managed to do it. "If you dont want to go inside the village with me, you dont have to. I ll be fine... most people are sleeping so it wont be too hard to go unoticed..." she said with a smile.

[Banzai!!]

Alexia continues to walk through the forest.
"Wait a seond, are there any male faeries?" Alexia asked the Fae.

~Why on earth would she want to become human again~ Erin thought, walking beside her sister, ~you're...so...plain and mortal. No immagination, no feeling of anything greater, no love...~ squeezing her sister's hand and smiling happily

"I'm coming with you." Deheune stated with a stern yet maternal-like expression. "I'll allow you to do what you think that you must, but I will be with you if things don't turn out well." Then she placed her hands on Dan's shoulders and gave them a gentle squeeze. "Besides, you're tired, and you would have no chance against anyone were you to be alone."

Facing toward the village, she then takes one of your hands in hers and says: "I'm ready when you are."

"Lets go then..." Dan said cheerfully "My home is near the town center" she pointed towards a path "It is that way".

Dan guided Deheune towards her house, it wasnt far but Dan's condition slowed them down a lot, it was dark and it was raining so there wasnt anybody arround and the only light source was the bright moon over the sky. Finally, they reached Dan's house. There was a dim light illuminating the living room.

"Its probably my mom..." she spoke weakly "She must be waiting for me...". Her heart trembled with fear, her natural fairy instints were kicking in again, the prospect of leting a human see her scared her, she turned her head to Deheune with a frightened expresion on her face as if she were looking for comfort in Deheune and said hesitating: "I am scared Modlus...".

"So..." asking her big sister, "we were chosen because we were basically fairies...and what was the 6th tribe?"

"There are male fae, but the Royal Family has always been female," Cassiella said absentmindedly, a distant look on her face. I shouldn't have let them go... She thought worriedly to herself. They don't even know decent magic, and I let them go to the humans this early... If they are captured, it will be my fault.

"So there is a matriarch, there are no checks and balances gender wise?"

"Yeah..." overhearing Alexia's question, "so that means I've only got sisters and a mom?"

"It's not like that," Cassiella replied flatly. "We don't even understand. No matter what, every single member of the Royal Family has been female."
