The day starts off normal for everyone then around the day ends, when something happens to be found out later on, but when every one wakes up, they are as the opposite gender, so basicly you have one last day before the crisis hits, but your character dosent know whats going to happen so this is for to help you start off, and whats going to happen

I (josh) was heading home from school, the whole day was run of the mill, homework, bullying, dumb older brother, ect.

Alex started to tweak his radio untill he heard NPR brodcasts on it.
"Perfect."
Alex set the Radio on the table and looked out the window to see some kids playing. Alex rolled his wheelchair to the TV and turned on The Simpsons.

I quickly drifted to sleep, the day was long stressfull and boring, a nap would definately help with the next day of school.

Alex picked up the phone and attempted to call Jason.
