Team 13 : Arc 2.5 : Wreakage - Suspended

Mera grumbles, walking into the lounge, dressed in normal attire. One could tell he was not a morning person. He plops down at his seat and begins to eat his food. "Gooff Mhorning." He murmurs out, ihis mouth full of eggs.

[Thorn]

Arriving last, Rene looks at the group sleepily "Morn..."

She eats silently, obviously not a morning person, "Dont talk with your mouth full Mera..." She says and then yawns.

Kotoro laughs before responding to shiki "maybe i'll show you next time you visit"

nodding shiki returns to eating his food, small talk abounds, about the scenes that happened last night to the laughter of everyone to some extent.

The group finishs eating there food, now all there was to do was the head over to the boat and farewells.


Kotoro waved good bye to the group before heading off for work of his own, the friendly man heading towards his office by the docks.

[Raijin]

Miharu stretchs slightly. "Off we go again it seems, so where are we heading now Sensai?" he looks towards Rene.

[Thorn]

Rene looks to Miharu "Finally to Lunaqua, for the mission, and for some gamb...er....tourism! >_>;;;"

Mera's eyes roll at his teacher's "mistake", putting in his toothpick. He yawns, lifting his backpack onto his back. "Then lets get going...."

So the group headed off to the port, where this time the boat is a large galleon type, more of a western style build easily 10 times the size of there pervious vessel.

As the group boards, they can look back at the Country of Fire as the embark on the 2nd boat ride of there sea sick journey.

As the vessel leaves, Kotoro watchs them in the far distance, from the distance cliffs edge as the vessel sailed off into the horizen. Shortly they are completely out of sight he preforms a summon jutsu in the water. Whispered words are exchanged before the creature disappears beneath the water with a item in tow with it.

It would be another 4 days before they would arrive at Lunaqua since it was stationed, from what Kotoro had told them, in the sea to the North of the country of the Water and West of Cloud, which meant plenty of time for more training since there really isn't much else to do on a traveling ship.

Rene sits down with all the students and pulls out a blank scroll and pencil. "Now, as you all know, being a shinobi is as much mental as it is physical, now, I dont want us to waste outr chakra by sparring here, so here's what I want you to do."

She sits Mera next to Miharu, and then sits across from them with Shiki.

"Now me and Shiki will be on a team, while Mera and Miharu will be on the other, here is how this will work, we are going to write out a battle. Mera will start the 'battle' by writing down his actions, then, Shiki will turn and write his based on Meras, away from everyones view just as Mera will do before. Then Miharu will respond to that and aid Mera or whatever, and finally me. We repeat till one of us cannot beat the timer" She pulls out a sand timer from her pack. "The loser will have to do 10 laps on the ship, agreed?"

[Josie]

"..." Mera blinks, looking at Rene. A sweatdrop on his forehead. "So...you want us to play tit-tac-toe?" He asks the green kunochi.

[Raijin]

Miharu gets annoyed at the silly game, and gets up and begins to do laps he feels it be better then have to do that.

[that sounds kind of dull... maybe miharu has the right idea...though hmm...that may work, this could actually be fun, it would be nice to actually play someone else in it]


*pulling out a weapon scroll hidden on his backside by his Sai's he flips it open going through it before he finds what he was looking for, cutting his thumb he summons the item, before replacing the scroll*


*out poofs a 2 foot by 2 foot black board 1 inch high with what seems like a large circular pattern (this is his clan symbol) insripton on bottom, and a circle on the topside the outer perimeter is full of jutsu patterns, and a box on each corner. Setting it down he finally speaks up with bright eyes like a kid at a candy store or game store.*


"hehe.... >.>, err i mean lets play with this instead... it'll pretty much be the same thing... though we can't stratch it or mom will kill me..."

the confuzzled looks of everyone else not surprising shiki explains how it works... as miharu continued doing his laps...


"Well i play this alot with my mom, well basically you infuse a bit of your chakra into these little paper doll, which then reflect your soul on the board, the goal is to get one of your 5 guys into the other persons base or to kill everyone elses doll... but each strip only can hold a limited amount of chakra before needing to recharge at base, the more you move and the farther you get from base the more chakra you waste. On each team is this *holds at a red paper doll* this is the team captian and he and only he can preform jutsu's, they also hold 4 times more chakra then the normal dolls. Your doll dies... if it a. runs out of chakra, b. gets killed by another doll, c. exits the board area. well any questions... and no i can't give you a copy."


*and so he inhaled a large large breath after going through what had to be a 5 minute speech....*

Miharu doesn't do a full lap, instead he sneaks off to the room that they where staying in on the ship. He enters taking a deep sigh. "I havent had time alone for awhile.... before remover his upper garbs. After neatly placing them to the side the clear a nice large space and begins to stretch with remarable flexability. After stretching for a good time Miharu removes several kuri knifes from his bag and begins to "pratice" them with a most dangerous way. Miharu is so after literly balancing on the blades with the sharp in of them holding him up.

*for a simplified gm explaination of the game it's like a chakra based SSBM meets Narutimate fighting, except you have to control 5 people at the same time with just chakra. It's very concentration intensive, though it's similar to the level of attention shiki normally has to do to use his blood limit correctly which is why he has it. Pretty much the dolls can do any movement that you yourself can do since it's just the imbuning of chakra or control within the bounded space, with the captian one's capable of doing mini jutsu's, as stated though no jutsus allowed that could possibly damage the board. It's fully a strategy based, chakra manipulation exercise designed as a video board game. max players is 4 though usually it's just one on one.*

*putting the board down shiki set up all the pieces before letting his chakra flow into his corners base, animating all his pieces... which in turn do what appears to be a sentai formation.*

"Mera as advice just take it easy at first.... and side note where did miharu go..."

Mer smirks as he sets his pieces like Shiki, infusing his charka in each as he sets them up. "Okay then Shiki, lets go!" He says, griining.

[Thorn]

Rene smiles at the game "You 2 have fun....I need to speak with a certain genin about leaving the team..."

She gets up and looks for Miharu.
