So what is your favorite mega-popular movie series? Although I do love Back to the Future, Terminater, and Indiana Jones, I have to say Star Wars is my favorite.

For me, it's between Indiana Jones and Pirates of the caribbean. But I can't decide since I haven't seen the second Pirates of the caribbean yet, nor is the third one out. <.<;

Oh, and Scary movie. XD (Well, I guess I'll go with the last option. I probably wouldn't have been able to decide even if all of my choices were up there. I'm indecisive like that. ^_^; )

I would say:

Star Wars (my first movie after all)
LoTR, (my favorite book)
Indy Jones (moslt because Harrison Ford and Sean Connery are favorite actors.

Out of the Movies there I'd say Lord of the Rings, since they did a wonderful job with such a large book series and kept fairly true to the books, now if they do a 3 parter of the Silmarillion I'd be happy oh and the Hobbit.

Star Wars, the original trilogy. I have them on VHS...They rock. The Remastered version, with no script changes.

Star Wars is good, and I'm a SW geek at heart, but the prequel trilogy was lacking in a lot of ways. On the other hand, I grew up with the book and the radio play of Lord of the Rings, and the films were just better in many ways, so it wins. ^^
