The Tavern

[Empusa Sesshi]

The girl blinks down at them...and shrieks loudly! Fleeing behind the bar! The barman blinks. "A...are those real?!"

[Musashi]

Ria laughs nervously and rubs the back of her head. "W-well, yes.. I think so. Maybe?"

She gives the snakes a poke with her stick, and they EXPLODE into a shower of popcorn. The popcorn then proceeds to sprout legs and begin running around.

"This is.. this is all part of the plan! I promise!"

[Empusa Sesshi]

Ria has at this point attracted the attention of everyone in the bar. A few patrons picking up some of the popcorn. "..."

[Musashi]

Ria coughs into her fist, blushing. "Well, uh, now that I have an audience, I should perform the rest of the trick... first, to remove the.. popcorn.. things!"

With a quick chant and a flick of her wrist, the popcorn EXPLODES into.. multi-colored breakdancing popcorn.

"Hahahaha, wow, just what I wanted it to do! Um. I said I'd wash this place, right? I'll do that now!"

Ria waves her stick around, chanting, and a trail of light forms on the end and begins glowing brighter and brighter. In a few moments she releases it, and it spreads all around the room, over the tables, into the kitchen and on the dishes. But all that happens is that gray clouds form along the ceiling and it begins to rain.

"...Well, that's one way to do it, I guess..."

[SweetSophia]

Teras stares confusedly as his salad is quickly becoming soup and he is most decidely wet.

"Well, so much for my meal...at least the show was good, even if dinner turned out to be a bust..."

Teras stands, drops a few coins on Ria's table (having mistaken her for some manner of stage magician).

[Stellar]

Marisa sits with her mouth agape at Ria. Once she's had enough she gets up and goes back to her place at the bar in hopes of her stew being ready mumbling, "Stay away from wizards, sages, and the like..." Marisa sighs and calls the attention of the dwarf, "Once the storm passes... Could you please get me a towel... If there's even any dry."

[Empusa Sesshi]

The majority of the room is now glowering in Ria's direction. The barmid rubs the back of her neck. "Er...maybe you should be moving along miss..."

The stew arrives soon enough, with a tiny umbrella in it so it doesn't get soggy. "Once the rain passes we'll getcha a towel..." ^^;

[Musashi]

Ria waves and chants frantically at the clouds until they shrink down to one small cloud.. which promptly turns into a potroast and plops onto the floor with a potroasty *THUD*.

"Um.. y-yes I'll just.. be going now!"

And lo, she doth try to make her way OUT! :O

[SweetSophia]

Teras exited as well, heading towards the southern road to find the forrest of teeth. On his way, passing Ria, he says
"Miss, you may want to work on that precision. Just between the two of us, I think it may have got away from it's original intention."

With that, Teras smiles, wrings the water out of his hat and continues off.

[Stellar]

"Thank you again," Marisa replied bringing her stew close enough to eat. After a few spoonfulls she pauses to take her belt off to see if anything she had needed imediate drying. Marisa set a few scraps of papers out and an already battered map. With a heavy sigh she unfolded the map to see the ink quite smeared, "Now I'm gonna be more lost then I already am... Well I guess I can adventure without a map..."

A few minutes of studying the map she laid her belt and bokutos on the bar to dry along with the rest of her things. Once satisfied somewhat she picked up her spoon and continued eating.

[Musashi]

And lo, the Ria doth CLING to Teras. "TAKE ME WITH YOU! They're going to kill me!" She has a grip like a steel bear trap. >_>

[Empusa Sesshi]

The dward glances at the remains of the map with a harrumph. "Mages...never had a use for em. If'n yur lookin ta get that replaced there's a shop down the street."

[Stellar]

After finishing the spoonfull she took she looked up to the dwarf, "Ah, alright, um wich way down the street?"

[SweetSophia]

O.o? Thus Teras was cling'd to.
"I...I.." He stuttered at a loss for what to say, until his thought process kicked in.
Her abillites with magic are unrestrained and dangerous. It could be hazardous to be traveling around with her. Still, if nobody takes a chance on her, she won't get anywhere herself and, as always...

"I can't say no to a pretty face. I guess you're coming with me, but seriously, let go. I'm starting to loose the circulation to my entire left side."

[Empusa Sesshi]

He nods just outside the door. "Head out and take a left, it's four shops down."
