The Coffee House.

Neko recieves the kiss, but stops a bit earlier, and pushes away from Tetsuo. "I think the peanut gallery is right. We might want to save it until I'm off work, Bob might need some help." Neko extends a hand to help Tetsuo up.

A glance back at Bob finds the area behind the counter in disarray, and that the trapdoor is open, with a vampire shoved in halfway, butt in the air. Bob has a torn shirt, and is a bit scratched up, but otherwise looks fine. He shoves the vampire back in, and slams the trapdoor shut. He pulls out a padlock, snaps it on, and gets up. He checks his neck, revealing that there are no bites, and ambles back up to the counter, as if nothing had happened.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Elise jumped, sloshing some of the coffee over the rim of her cup. "Ai! You've got a- a vampire in this place? Why didn't I pick that up- vampires give off incredible amounts of energy- how long has he been bothering you like this? He's not drinking your blood yet, is he?" She runs over to inspect Neko's neck for signs of vampiric contact. "You've got to get rid of him, it'll only get worse the longer he's here-"

[Mitera Nikkou]

Tetsuo readily accepts Neko's offered hand, hearts still pumping in his eye sockets. He felt lighter than air, and probably wouldn't notice his flesh being torn asunder so long as he was within sight of Neko.

[Teddy]

Gennosuke shrugged, then yawned. "Calm down Elise... I really don't think that there's much of a problem. The old owner was a vamp, and they keep him 'round, because they're nice people. Right?"

[SweetSophia]

"Wow, Bob there must be an able warrior himself to fend off the fiend. Gives this place...atmosphere...yeah atmosphere."

Neko helps Tetsuo up, and addresses Elise. "The vampire's not bitten anybody, he's okay. We keep him locked up in the basement, since it doesn't seem right to just kill the guy. I mean, it's not really his fault that he is an undead creature of the night that feast off the blood of the living to spread their dark disease until the whole earth is tainted..."

She then turns back to Tetsuo. "Thank you very much for my first kiss. Well, with a guy anyway. May I ask your name?"

[Mitera Nikkou]

"She thanked me!" Erupted in his brain, filling him with rapture. He was only too happy to give her his name. Of course, in reality, "too happy" meant: his lips moved, but nothing came out except for a bit of drool. He wasn't even aware that he wasn't saying anything, being so wrapped up in cloud nine's blanket as he was. All in all, he was certainly making quite the first impression... For a lovesick, starry-eyed, slack-jawed, drooling, zombie-looking otaku. His mother would have been... Well, I have no idea at this point. <.<;

[Mistress Guendolen]

Elise spread her hands, shrugging. "All right, all right! It's just that I've been trained to think vampires are bad news, that's all. I guess if you want to keep him around, it's up to you.... Just hope you continue to be able to keep him in check. Those fellows are awfully strong, as I'm sure you know."

Neko doesn't hear the vampires are strong comment, but Bob says the first word he has since anyone has entered. "Leverage."

Neko looks at the drool, and licks it off. "Okay...so is it charades? Your name is...DROOL!"

[Teddy]

Gennosuke sighed and sat back down, leaning the chair back. "Now, I've really seen it all... Vampires people won't kill, men that can't handle a simple kiss, and now, Bob just talked."

[Mitera Nikkou]

Drool would be anything that Neko wanted him to be, so he nodded vehemently. He didn't do much else, though. So lost was he in bliss, that he truly did become ignorant (like a vegetable, really). One could almost say that he was like a dog without a collar and leash: loyal and incapable of higher conscious faculties.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"But 'leverage'? It's an awfully strange random word, if you come to think of it. Wonder what it means. From what I can tell, people who don't talk much usually have something important to say when they do speak up. Though you're right... this place is so strange that you can never tell."

Gennosuke sighed and sat back down, leaning the chair back. "Now, I've really seen it all... Vampires people won't kill, men that can't handle a simple kiss, and now, Bob just talked."

[Teddy]

"Well, leverage is usually something used when you've got to push something up or an advantage. I guess that Bob has some leverage over the vamp. So, what brings an exorcist to such a large town?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I guess that could have been what he was implying.... Still seems odd to me, though. Granted, a lot of things do, right now." Elise drank more of her mocha latte. "So, what tipped you off about the exorcism? My mistaking of the drooling boy over there for a zombie, my immediate impulse to get rid of the vampire, or the cross motif?"
She quirked a smile. "I'm here for a couple reasons. First off, it's probably the biggest city anywhere around. I'm still learning the finer points of my art and exploring all I can do with it, and this seems like a good place to do that. Secondly, there's plenty here to see and do in the meantime. I have to admit that simply enjoying life is a big part of my journey.... Though most importantly, I'm looking for some sign of my parents, who disappeared over a year ago in course of a mission. They were exorcists and spirit connectives in their own right." She shrugged. "It's something of a family tradition."

[Teddy]

"I'd say it was the cross motif and the whole 'I can get rid of a vampire'. Also, you don't carry yourself as much of a martial artist, with footwear like that... Or you are and use your magic more. Anyway, my guess is that your parents disappeared here?"
