She blinks at Bruce...and stares for a moment before understanding dawns on her. "O...oh...thank you! Thank you so much sir! My family's homestead is just outside the town!"

With that, Bruce barges out of the bar and goes running at full speed down the street. He's very fast on his feet, and leaves a trail of dust as he runs...

...about 30 seconds later, he barrels back down the same street, huffing and weezing, more because of panic than actual exhaustion. He again addresses the girl, blurting out...

"The way is lost... Distress lies in what direction?!"
