You manage to see the very faint outline, but it's clearly built for the water, however as it moves it turns out to be some sort of...flate creature, the bottom of it not camouflaged!

Frey sliced at the creature, using the bottom of it to track the thing.

Your blade is of course hampered underwater, making your movements slower then they should be. The monster doesn't seem to be hampered in the same way, and glides smoothly away from the blade, it's whip-like tail lashing out at you, slicing your cheek open.

Frey growled, and swam backwards. "Last use for the day..." He got as close as he could, and used his draw-out ability one last time against it, hoping to follow up with a slice as the thing was sent backwards.

The creature seems quite unprepared for the abrupt burst of speed. Your blade, diluted even as it is in the water, shears right on through it, slicing off one of it's 'wings'. A cloud of blood billows out of it into the water, drawing the attention of the villagers.

Frey went to finish the thing off, barely registering that the villagers had noticed his little antics.. Though, far off in his brain, he thought that it'd be just his luck for this thing to have been a pet.

Quite the opposite it seems. They dive on the remains, tearing into it hungrily. The smaller ones pushed away to pick at scraps that drift down. These seem rather feral, but not interested in you.

Frey wiped his blade clean and headed into the cave, looking for this oh so cursed stone.

Frey might notice his boots becoming rather uncomfortable on his feet, while his pants are stretched taut over a growth at his backside. His skin has peeled away at other spots here and there revealing more scales. Inside the cave seems to stretch further in and down, curving as it goes.

Frey, realizing he was fighting a losing battle, ran down the tunnel, hoping to find this stupid stone quickly.

As you swim as fast as you can...which seems to be getting faster the longer you're down here...you slip and weave about the underwater tunnel. Soon coming to a large open chamber...and face to face with a massive sea serpet coiled in the room. "...yes?" It's voice is so loud it causes the cavern to rumble.

It chuckles a bit and shifts it's bulk, you see a blood red stone resting on the floor between it's coils. "It looks like this actually."
