"I didn't desecrate anything... I just went into a building while adventuring..." Frey's blade was drawn, his pose somewhat haggard and worn... He couldn't take an encounter like this. Or, he's lying about not being able to take an encounter like this.

The scales are showing more then flesh is by now, and a definite tail is ripping it's way from your pants. Your boots have long since become unwearable on your flipperlike feet. You do reach the island before long once more.
