The Forest of Teeth

[Empusa Sesshi]

As the trio pushes their way westward, the air begins to feel faintly...dangerous? Those sensitive to magic might sense something wrong here. It's rather silent once more, and nothing is leaping out at you.

[Stellar]

Marisa isn't too embued with magic, but she does get an uneasy feeling from the area. This puts her on guard with her make-shift swords at a ready position.

[SweetSophia]

Teras, not to much on the magial uptake either, seems rather oblivous to the disturbance in the magical force as well, but does notice the tense feeling.

He remains on guard, peering around now and then through the trees.

[Musashi]

Ria stops suddenly and points dramatically at nothing in particular. "I feel a disturbance... in the force. Be on your guard everyone." :o

[Empusa Sesshi]

The trio arrives in a still clearing. The air feels heavy, and there's a strong pulling sensation toward the center.

[Stellar]

Marisa readies her 'weapons', "I don't like it here..." She says under her breath to the other two. Marisa shakes her head trying to figure out why the clearing was so disturbing, but decided, "I-I'll just be right here w-watching your backs," she said in a whisper stopping at the edge of the clearing.

[SweetSophia]

Teras shrugs and walks towards the center with determination.

"Suit yourself. Myself, I must find the source of this chaos and put a stop to it," He says with a hint of anger, "I won't stand idle while the woodlands are terrorized."

[Musashi]

Ria skitters on after Teras. "I bet this is my time to come through when some terrible danger strikes at us~"

[Empusa Sesshi]

Ria and Teras begin to feel heavier as they get closet to the center...from the corner of their eyes they spot what appears to be smallish animals drawn into it as well.

A little chipmunk bumps into Ria...who instantly feels hot. Brown fur sprouts all over her body, with white and black stripes down the back. Her nose becomes black and a bit wet and twitchy, while her ears turn round and fuzzy, resting atop her head. Her body tenses as it tones...what curves she had are fading to be replaced by sleek lines...she...now HE is a blend of human and chipmunk, in ill fitting clothes...

Teras on the other hand catches a beaver right in the face. He feels a crawling sensation as thick brown fur covers his body. Buck teeth push out of his lips, as a huge flat tail slaps from his pants. He however feels a tugging at the chest and groin...soon a beaver girl!

[SweetSophia]

"Sweet Gaia! I don't believe this!" Teras exclaimed loudly, "This is definitely where it's happening..."

Teras, disturbed but not dismayed, puts his...her ear to the ground and listens, also inspecting the grass and earth for signs of some mutagen or at least some kind of tracks other than animals and their own.

"Ria. You're magically attuned, right? Please, try and sense if there's a spell on this area or if there's a magic user nearby." She asks of her comrade.

[Musashi]

Ria feels herself over and LE GASPS. She, or really he now, collapses onto the ground and just lies there, in shock. I mean, how often is one turned into a chipmunk boy?

But at Teras' request, she does try to attune herself to any MAGIC around them. But quietly. Except for whimpering.

[Stellar]

Marisa peers into the darkness trying to see the two, but can't quite make anything out, "H-hey! Are you both okay?" She calls out somewhat quitely. After hearing Teras cry out she groans some then slowly walks into the clearing ready with her stick-swords.

[Empusa Sesshi]

Ria most definitely senses magic at work around them, but besides the nearly blinding spot right under her...er him, it's hard to sense much else.

Marisa you only see odd looking sillhouetes.

[Musashi]

Ria gets up and scoots back, and POINTS at the nearly blinding spot that was beneath him. But he still says nothing. Shock'd. :O

[SweetSophia]

Teras' ears perk up, just barely picking up what Marisa said.

"Marisa?! No you..." She started to say, before she was quickly distracted by the Riamunk reacting terror. She looks curiously and wonders what he's pointing at while letting herself trail off.
