The Coffee House.

[Mitera Nikkou]

Both Machiko's and Neko's actions only stirred Java the Hutt into an even stronger ferver to reach Bob, defeat him, and take over his coffee shop. If he was going to die by the hands of anyone that was impeding him (particularly the chick (kitten? XD) that was choking him), he'd rather try to ensure his survival by cinching a supply of his ambrosia than give up. Of course, it wasn't like it was in his nature to be calm and collected, so he couldn't trick anyone using non-aggressive means. He was pumped up and his heart was ready to explode, not to mention that his head was about to be squeezed off of his shoulders.

"Geh... Get off!" He shouted, directed at Neko. "I shuh- huh-all ensure my... Uh... DominUHnce! This body be... Belongs tuh me, now!"

[Teddy]

Genno had his head on the table, laughing uncontrollably. "I'm never gonna have that kind of coffee... Though, I may be able to handle it better than mr. 'Hutt' over there." He raised his head, wiping some tears from it. "And unless that blind leader goes off a cliff, it's a great idea."

[Mistress Guendolen]

By this time Elise was doubled over, clutching her middle as she laughed anew. "I should hope you handle it better than the Hutt! I think anyone would.... But maybe someday we'll try that variety if we feel like living a little dangerously!... And I promise to do my best not to lead you off a cliff provided you do the same!"

Neko doesn't do a thing. She simply continues holding, though she loosens it enough that it won't break 'Java's' neck...he'll just eventually keel over from exhaustion.

Bob, meanwhile, stops cleaning. He walks over to the back, grabs a first aid kit, and sits it behind the counter. Then he looks over at the sign, gets on a stepstool, and takes the offending drink off the menu.

[Teddy]

"Eh. I'm not gonna make any promises about leading you off a cliff, but... Maybe a caffine rush coupled with a magic trick?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Hmm... now there's a combination fraught with possibilities." She tapped her chin, looking upward. "Anything specific in mind?... As long as cliffs aren't involved, of course! Let's just keep away from long drops, and I think we'll be fine. So no apartments on the top floor...."

[Teddy]

"But from the tops of buildings, you can see the sun-set, and the sun-rise, right? But best not take any chances... Kinda like Bob's doing with that coffee."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I guess that does give you the best view, though admittedly there's always the view out the window.... Not the same, though, you do have a point there. And yes, I saw Bob took that mega-coffee off the menu. Kind of a shame, before either of us could get up the nerve to try it. I wonder if this has happened before?... Perhaps no one's drunk it before, though. Taking risks can lead to some unexpected results indeed.... Not necessarily all bad ones, either. But you just don't know until afterwards...."

[Teddy]

"Until you showed up, I never really took risks." He looked at the coffee menu, somewhat sadly. "But... A caffine rush like this isn't high on a to-do list of mine though."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I've never been much of a risk-taker, either. Well, not personal things, anyway. I guess you could say a couple things that happened on outings with my parents were kind of risky.... But well, I mean, just going out and doing things, I've always been a little more, well, quiet. Trust me, agreeing to share an apartment with you is not something I would normally do.... It seems we bring out that side in each other, huh?" She leaned forward a little bit. "And... I may or may not regret asking this, but well, I just have to, you know, check... what is high on your to-do list, then?..."

[Teddy]

"Well, first, is get some cash and a place to live. Second? Maybe go to one of those 'movie theatres' that my younger sister talked about... Probably with you. After that? I've got nothin' really. Those are the most real goals I've got at the moment."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"You've never been to a movie theatre?... Oh, we are so fixing that. I'm definitely taking you to a movie as soon as we're both settled! Though yes, we will need some cash to accomplish that.... So money and residency, first and foremost. I still have some of the former set by, with more I can draw on as needs be, but I want to earn my own as much as possible. I guess common goals make for a good start on this endeavor, hm?" She tilted her head to the side a little.

[Teddy]

"Well, given the general freakyness of this city, money MIGHT not be hard to find." Genno shrugged. "But after this, java the hut business, we probably need to be off... The after-math might not be so funny."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I think you have a point there on both accounts. Maybe we should go on our way soon.... But first we have to wait for the owners to be able to stop long enough for me to pay our bill! And then determine what to do first.... So, do you have a grand scheme for finding cash in this admittedly unusual place, or were you just planning on exploring and seeing what turned up? I'm so prosaic... I was just going to look at newspaper ads and so forth." She sighed in a mock-theatrical manner.

[Teddy]

"I was hoping to find something as I explored the city... I don't have many talents, so seeing something might help me more than me using a newspaper."
