It's a three way tie. As for me, I pick Reed Richards. He might not be as creative with manuvers, but he has an IQ over room temperature...On the sun.

Luffy...has trouble tying his shoes.

Yeah. I'm going with Reed on this one. He's smarter, competent, more experienced, has common sense and has a voice that doesn't make me grate my teeth every time I hear it. Albiet, if we're talking a fight, that could be to Luffy's advantage.

Eh... Reed, I guess. Luffy requires more momentum for his stretching, and also can't swim. Do you know how much there is as far as bodies of water go, around the world? Talk about a major weakness.

If I vote, I'd pick Luffy. (Cuz he got signature moves! and he's got no trouble fighting alone)

luffy powers seem weak compared to reed which is kinda strange because in almost every time magic seems strounger than science.

Let's look at some facts, eh?

Reed is incredibly smart. Possibly the smartest human on the planet. Luffy is an idiot.

Reed has years and years of experience and training. Luffy is, I'm guessing, about 16.

And as for needing his "homies" to back him up on battles...who does Luffy fight? Clowns who can shoot off parts of themselves.

Who do the Fantastic Four fight? Galactus.
