Tamashii jumps out of the path of the kunai, but then kneels on the ground. "This is so not good..." He gasps for air and gets up. Tamashii then performs a few signs, and grasps his sword once more with even more firmness. His chakra starts to flow in his hands and even through the sword.

The kid gasps. "Is... is that all you've got?"

Goushin smiles, and grasps Kunai in each hand. She begins pacing around him, barely getting close to range. Her movements are dance-like, and hypnotizing. Suddenly, she rushes towards Daniel, moving to strike at his face with her Kunai.

"Wrong tactic." The kid grins, as he blocks the attack with his sword. "Lightning Touch Jutsu!" he yells as a surge of electrical power goes through the sword, the kunai, and, therefore, through Goushin. However, the shock does not seem to be a full-powered one, just enough to stun someone.

The Lightning doesn't go through the kunai...in fact, the kunai passes right through the sword, and Goushin freezes on the ground, poised in a 'finishing' pose.

Then she disappears, and over 100 pounds smashes into Tamshii's back. She wraps him in a reverse bear hug, and tries to think of what she can do now. She wraps her feet around his legs, and tries to grab at his elbows, or his hands, or anything.

(That Jutsu was an illusion...the real Goushin was behind him.)

(check check... tactic approved... though a 100 punchs instantly is a bit much.... that's like ranma's chestnut fist or neji's 128 divine circle which tech was split into several strikes... unless that's a jutsu just make a single/combination strike/s)

(I didn't say punches, I said POUNDS! If he had been dodgind, I would have snake-jutsued him...but as it is, she just tackled the guy from behind!)

"Ow... this is quite painful. But it... isn't... the best thing you could have done..." Tamashii says while increasing the chakra outflow in order to increase the effect of his ninjutsu. "Now take this" he yells as his jutsu shocks Goushin.

(OOC: The Lightning Touch jutsu is a long-lasting one, meaning it will continue to work until the user exausts all his chakra, the user stops the effect, or an outside force stops it for him. The Gentle Fist style is an example of an outside source: It would stop his chakra points, and that would disrupt the jutsu, stopping it as a whole.)

Goushin screams with pain, and her right hand drops to her belt. She grabs a Kunai, and tries her best to keep it twitching. She barely succeeds, and her grip is unstable. Her index finger won't grip right.

She ignores it, and realizes her left hand is loosening. Before it can drop, she stabs her right hand in an arc, under Tamashii's guard, and straight up at his chin. She redirects it at the last second, and the kunai slashes past Tamashii's neck. A thin trickle of blood leaks out, as Goushin's body collapses.

She falls limply to the ground, and coughs. "I can...barely move. But you, you're dead. In a real fight, you'd be bleeding out of arteries. I could crawl away, but you couldn't, I think. Do I win, or is it a draw?"

(technically states... that last one standing/concious wins... so even if it would have given you the win if you went through in a Real fight (you honestly should have just done so... it's not like something like that can't get healed... and it's not even a real rp so anything that happens here is negligable.... so yeah unless tamashii burned through to much chakra and collapses he would technically win)

Tamashii just stands there for a while. "I... I'm done for.. Chakra..." He quickly kneels on the ground and tries to sit down facing Goushin, barely staying upright. "Technically, you're right. I really don't feel anything right now.. But... I'm all out of chakra. I think I'll... just... go to... sleep.." Tamashii's upper body falls to the floor and he faints.

(So... Goushin wins. And Tamashii loses. By a technicality. The problem with using the Lightning Touch Jutsu throughout the whole body is that same thing: It's the whole body. He protects himself by grounding his body plus he's learned how to protect himself against the most harmful effects of the skill, but when he uses it that extensively, he's pretty much fainting after that. Or collapsing and giving up. It usually incapacitates the target within the moment he/she gets shocked, though.

Tamashii loses -by a technicality- in this battle!)

well actually if neither can't stand... you both lose/draw... technically lose though.... so yeah double loss.
