The Forest of Teeth

[Empusa Sesshi]

Well Ria lands with a thud at the base of the mirror tree...Teras and Marisa manage to reach the top of the normal one, and they too can just reach out and grab the tip of the one above.

[Stellar]

Marisa is starting to tear up, "T-teras... I.. I just learned I'm afraid of heights..." Marisa shakily reaches the top of the tree then clings onto the mirrored one.

[SweetSophia]

Teras breathes a deep sigh, "Just make sure you have a good grip. There shouldn't be any trouble if you have a good hold. And, whatever you do, don't look down....er up...er down..."

Teras grabs the mirror tree's top and swings into the branches, displaying some manner of showy nature acrobatics before having her weight upset and lfalling flat on a large branch. Not dismayed, Teras rights herself and perches on the branch.

"Try lowering you're leg onto the branch below you! Make sure you always have one foot and hand safely on a branch."

[Stellar]

"Do you think falling would be easier so I'm not stricken by anxiety anymore?" Marisa sputters out trying to do as Teras said. Of course, telling her not to, Marisa looks down.. um.. or up? Well, she looks at the ground O.o and clings tighter to the tree and decides to just inch down rather then get on any tree limbs.

[Musashi]

Ria thunks and flops at the base of the mirror tree. He slowly opens his eyes, looking up.. down... what? @____@ He shuts his eyes again, and waits for the others.

[Empusa Sesshi]

Well you all manage to climb down...up...down...whatever, to the ground above you. It's all very disorienting, looking down at the ground below you.

[SweetSophia]

Teras lands on the ground semi-gracefully and stands up. She looks up-downward and then down-up at the ground, a bit confused, but starting to get her bearings.

"As if it wasn't enough that I've got to counter the weight, now Physics is entirely out the window..."

She started to case the area for tracks or a trail.

[Stellar]

Marisa breathes deeply and slowly thankfull to be on the ground again. She quickly looks over he pouches to make sure nothing she has fallen out. Then turns her attention to Ria, "Are you okay?" She asked helping him up.

[Musashi]

Ria CLINGS to Marisa, trying not to freak out... but failing.

"We're upsidedown! How are we not falling?! It must be magic. I SHOULD CAST A SPELL!"

[Stellar]

o_o "No no, it's okay, we're okay." Marisa pats Ria's back since he's currently clung to her. "Don't worry about it, besides right now we should just considder ourselves rightside up so we don't get too confused."

[Empusa Sesshi]

Sounds advice Marisa! Nothing's falling out...in fact if you stop saying "we're upside down" it's very easy to forget about that fact.

Teras easily spots a trail, many feet, some in boots some er...inhuman, leading down a side trail into the forest.

[SweetSophia]

"The footprints lead off thataway," Teras points out, "And it looks like whoever they were picked up company on the way."

Teras began following the tracks low to the ground along the path.

Marisa follows Teras wether or not Ria is still clinging to her.

[Musashi]

Ria follows as well, still clinging to Marisa for dear liiiiife. :O

The longer you're up here the more normal it feels. Not having a sky to constantly remind you of upsidedowness makes it easier to forget it. Follow the tracks for a time you begin to hear faint voices, and even see smoke in the distance.
