You know, I'd say that this means more that he's one of those men who operates under the belief that women are secondary beings whose place is in the home, being guarded and watched over by men; he talked about how some women would love to be hired as eye candy. Well, that's how I think he percieves all women. To him, we're supposed to look pretty and let men do what they want and tell us what to do. The "knowing she can't take can't take care of herself" part of the analogy is very telling. If he's using a cat as an analogy for a woman, then it means he thinks women are not capable of self-maintenance to any long-term degree. I didn't have a high opinion of him to start with, and now it's just plummeted even further.... I've been maintaining myself quite capably since August, thank you very much.

Yeah, I was going to add that... like that homophobic evangelical leader guy who resigned because years of drugs and male prostitutes were catching up to him And considering 80% of humanity are bisexual to a degree it's not hard to believe that all of the anti-gay people are probably just that way not only because of upbringing but also because of guilt

No, it is a biological fact. I remember reading about it in psychology, it doesn't mean that 80% of people are actually fully bisexual or actually will ever be consciously attracted to both sexes, it just means there are either subconscious feelings of being attracted to both sexes or desiring male/female traits in a female/male partner or other stuff like that. And that only 10% are purely heterosexual and 10% purely homosexual.

*Smacks forhead.* Oh Rush you did it again, you dug yourself a hole. Well I listen to Rush Limbaugh every now and then, many of the things he says I agree with, this isn't one of them. He gets way to ahead of himself in one of his little rants by getting all bent out of shape and screwed up by saying something he will later regreat. Time and time again he does this, because he was never the brightest light bulb in the house.
