Lily sits down. "After we spend at least a little time at the actual dig site. With the professor. As we are supposed to. Plus, I might need to grab a dose of my elixer in about 30 minutes or so..."

"Oh." Brenna blinked for a moment, processing. " Yeah. Yeah, that'd be a good idea.... In a bit, then. After you take your medicine and we've worked on the site proper. Who knows? Maybe we'll find something even more interesting there!"

Mutters to himself about them not going back, he was wanting to explore the possibly supernatural happenstances but accepts the order to stay for now.

[Stellar]

"I found something at the dig site. The professor said it was strange for it to be there. It was just a big rock though." Holly looked around, "Hey do you think we have enough people here to move it professor?"

Lily gets up. "It'd certainly be something to do until it's time to take my meds. After that, we can head back to the forest!"

(And eat food, depending on how much time passes, though this is OOC.)

"Sure, why not? Though I gotta get something to eat sometime soon. I haven't had breakfast yet. Or..." Brenna looked at the height of the sun. "...It's probably closer to lunch, come to that...."

OOC: While we're on pause here, I thought some of you might perhaps like to know that I've just posted a picture of my character on my art thread. Complete with a bit of an impromptu bio! Or at least personality run-down. Hope at least some of you are interested enough to take a look.)

Lily goes with Brenna to eat lunch, and makes small talk about what they've discovered, both in the forest and at the camp.

"Yes, let's all get out of the sun and have something to eat. Well, you don't have to, but it may be best since we will have quite a task getting that rock out." Donald said, then added, "I'm not even sure how big it is."

[Mistress Guendolen]

By the time the professor spoke up, Brenna was already well into an apparently prodigious lunch. "You speak my kinda language, prof," she said around a mouthful, before washing it down with a swig of water. "How far out is this rock, anyway?"

[Stellar]

"I've been snacking all morning, so I'll skip lunch," Holly said to anyone that may be listening. She shook her canteen to see how much water she still had, deciding it was half empty she began in the direction of the stone she found. Maybe searching in the same pit would uncover something to explain the rock.

Lily finishes some of her lunch, and after taking her Serum, she heads over to see Holly. She looks over the stone. "Think we should excavate around one side, so we can figure out where it ends? That way, we can get some leverage when we decide to move it, if it's not too fragile."

[Mistress Guendolen]

Brenna soon finished her admittedly prodigious lunch and followed after Lily. Upon arriving at the stone, she tilted her head to the side, studying it. "Wow, that's a biggie," she commented. "Though I forget- just why are we trying to shift this thing, again?"

[Stellar]

"It's in my way," Holly replies to Brenna, "and the Prof. said this isn't a natural place for it to be." She takes a seat on the potruded rock and reguards Lily, "It's deep in the ground," Holly points to the sides of the rock where she dug a few feet down.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Brenna shrugged. "Oh, okay." This answer was good enough for her. "What's it blocking? And I wonder how it got where it is now, if it's not a usual spot for a thing like that?"
