Jeff looked at the hairbrush she's inadvertedly pilfered from the store. Something about it with all its buttons and knobs just screamed "Push me! Find out what happens!" Jeff couldn't contain herself and quickly pushed a button. Immediately she found it stuck in her hair going to work doing some sort of work on it violently. When it was done, the hairbrush fell to the floor, and upon picking it up, Jeff noticed in her reflection off the floor tile her hair had been restyled into pigtails....oh. Mystery solved.

Wierd.

With that Jeff decided she couldn't go about the rest of her day looking for a job looking like this, so she went back into the toy store and demanded to speak with the manager.

The manager, a small gnomish character appeared before her standing atop the counter. He hadn't seen Jeff before, so he assumed Jeff had always been a teenage girl, and refused to believe a word of what Jeff said.

A little crestfallen, Jeff left the store, realizing she'd find no more luck there.

At least she'd gotten some money and a free trinket out of it....She guessed....*SIGH*

As Jeff walked through the mall, on no less than 4 different occasions she was stopped by some random creature or critter, asking if they could buy some cookies from her. Everytime this happened she would get more and more annoyed. This had to stop.

There was a nearby clothing store, "Why not step in?" She thought. "It'd do me good to dump this dumb ol' uniform." With that she stepped in.

She was greeted by an enormous Minotaur with a soul patch and a goofy french accent.

"Greeteengs, leetle gahrl. What are yeu sarcheeng fahr?"

"D'you have anything cheap?" Jeff asked, wanting to remain thrifty even though she had all the money she needed to spend.

"Ay-eel fahv. Bahr-gayn ay-eel." The minotaur said, pointing to an aisle.

Jeff headed down to the bargain aisle which was almost completely bare except for 4 outfits hanging on racks.

One was a blue, frilly, and poofy dress about her size which appeared to have faux fairy wings embroidered on the back of it.

One was a simple tank top and pants with a print of a cat on the front of it.

One was an extremely shiny skirt with a rather uninteresting long sleeved shirt with it.

The last one was a tie-dyed shirt and a pair of capri pants.
