Rose and Scientia, after being freed by Catnip, head back to where Tetsuo is. They look over Tetsuo, who has pretty much healed up while resting, with the help of Catnip's admitedly clumsy care. Tetsuo's arm looks like it will be permenantly scarred, but other than that she's almost ready to go. Rose and Scentia sit down.

Scientia is the first to speak. "So, Neko chose to go against us. This makes our plans harder. Rose, did you get Teacher's Pet into care?"

Rose nods. "Yeah, she'll be okay for battle. Her main injury is just a knock on the head. She'll probably be pissed when she wakes up."

Scientia looks to Tetsuo. "Would you be ready to help us in the assault?"

[Mitera Nikkou]

"Huh...?" Tetsuo responds with a blink of her eyes, non-intelligently. "What assault?"

The armored figure walks in, and smiles at Tetsuo. "I'm glad to see you're okay. I was worried that our newest family member would die before I could meet her. You may have saved the life of my right hand woman. I'm the Boss, the Leader."

Rose quips. "Thah Teacher to thah Pet."

The Boss smacks her hand on her helmet. "You know, someday she is going to kill you, resurrect you from the dead, and then kill you again just to be sure. As for what assault, why, the first stage of our plan. As soon as you and my assistant recover, we are going to initiate an aerial assualt on the local military base."

Scientia smiles, and rubs her hands together. "With the radar-absorbing cloth, we have the world's first Stealth Zepplin."

Catnip puts a paw to her forehead. "I wonder why that short, fat guy in the white suit kept laughing maniaclly and his right hand kept spasming like that when you sold him the plans..."

Rose laughs. "Yeah, he was like Doctor Strangelove, from that old movie."

[Mitera Nikkou]

"What's at the military base?" Tetsuo asked, sitting up on her examination bed. (I think that's what she was on... <.<) "I thought that a nuclear power plant was the target..."

She wasn't sure about being a part of anything either way, but she managed to hide that from showing on her face. Family or not, she still had her own set of morals and principals.

Scientia explains. "The power plant here is also a military base. Mainly in case some insane madman tries to steal a nuclear power rod or something to make a homemade nuclear bomb, or set off a meltdown, or feed Godzilla."

Catnip nods. "Yeah, like us!"

There's a moment of silence, as Catnip realizes she might have agreed at the wrong time.

"I see..." Tetsuo said, almost to herself.

If their goal was to make everyone in the city into catgirls like them, she already had a better idea in mind. However, due to the fact that she was unsure of exactly what she was doing, she decided not to share it.

The Boss explains the plan. "Now, we will get over the power plant using the blimp, and parachute down to the ground, with the exception of Rose. Rose will hang-glide out to a hill nearby, and take a sniping position. With the guards distracted by tranqualizer darts, the rest of us will simply walk in, beat up anybody who gets in our way, and proceed to the main decontamination chamber. One of us will then suit up, enter the room, and then put the nuclear fuel rods in a lead box. I can easily do this, since I have a suit of armor that is nearly everything-proof. After taking the fuel rods, Scientia will lock onto our signal, and port us out. Absolutely nothing can go wrong with this plan. Any objections, or gigantic holes?"

Everyone is silent. The Boss continues. "No, seriously, did I make a huge mistake. Because if I did, please point it out to me. I don't want this to be a repeat of the alligator incident..."

[Mitera Nikkou]

"Well... I don't think I'm ready for that kind of action yet... I'd probably get in the way and, um... You know...?" Tetsuo spoke up, though meekly, hoping that they'd understand that her inexperience might not be good for being too involved.

She rubbed her hand over the scar on her arm, hoping for something else that she could do. She really didn't think that she was ready for armed or unarmed combat, and she was unsure of how her aim would be with any sort of firearm. At this point, she was more or less a third wheel... Well, more like a sixth one, which could possibly mean that she was either double the amount of redundancy, double the amount of a liability, or both. She'd feel better if she were with Rose. Keeping a lookout for the sniper (since their attention was focused elsewhere) was probably a good start for her. Well, at least that's what she thought.

"Besides which..." She began to think to herself. "I don't want to be too deeply involved so I can make up my mind on whether I even want to do this or not..."

The Boss puts a hand on Tetsuo's shoulder. "Don't worry. You'll do fine. You just have to stay out of the way, and cheer us on. If you do that, I'm sure everything will be fine!"

The hand beeps. "Apparent power. Ability to increase abilities through minor psychic powers. Suggest Role: Stay out of the way and cheer everyone on. Chance of success will increase by 25% according to data."

The Boss turns to Scientia, and her voice sounds very forced. "I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO PUT IN INTERNAL SENSORS!"

Scientia shrugs. "Got a few wires crossed, it happens..."

[Mitera Nikkou]

Tetsuo had blinked when the "boss'" hand (or glove/gauntlet) had given a short analysis aloud, then sighed when their attention was drawn away from her. Just thinking about cheering made her feel silly... What would she say in her cheers? She didn't want to say the same things over and over again... And what was the effective range of her cheers, anyway? Did they only need to hear her voice? Although, if it was some psychic ability like the boss' hand had noted, she had remembered hearing about people being able to automatic write from thousands of miles away... Or spy things from practically the other side of the world. Oh, the kind of things that she watched when she had no new anime, manga or games, and became bored late at night. O.o;

Of course, after looking down at her outfit, she didn't really think that she was ready for any public appearance, much less an attack requiring at least some defensive wear.

The Boss smiles. "So, you going to go with our main assault team, and help Catnip and Teacher's Pet and me, or you want to help Rose? I'll leave the choice up to you."

[Mitera Nikkou]

"Can I go with Rose...?" Asked Tetsuo before making some suggestions. "I mean, then you won't have to worry about me getting in the way, or getting into danger and... I can get a feel for this sort of stuff... I've never done it before... And it might help to have someone on a lookout everywhere else since Rose will be focusing on the base...?"

The Boss nods. "That's actually an extremely good point. Very well. Set course for the military base!"

Scientia nods, and leaves. Soon, the blimp is headed for the main military base/power plant, and the battle has been prepared.
