Alexis gives her burger orders to Kenji.."Can you cook our burgers, please, Kenji-kun? I'll take two of them, well done. I have the sodas; let's see, coke, diet coke, bottled water, root beer, grape soda..." she goes through the list from the opened fridge.

"See? Then you do care about something. You're not all-out indifferent. Try to encourage that. Take it beyond tactics and stuff! We're people, you know, not just a bunch of tools to be spread out on some world-sized chess board or whatever. Won't we all work so much better if we're involved together beyond just the whole fighting monsters thing? And friends care about each other! True friends, anyway."

"Okay, I will do that." Kenji begins to cook said burgers for everyone.

Kyte:I know that but all I see when I close my eyes are us fighting monsters. The oly grace I have from that are my dreams. But those are scary.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Scary dreams? Would it help to talk about them? Despite what it looks like, I can shut up long enough to listen.... It might help. We don't want to see you get all lazy and dull because of this. Oh, and those burgers smell great, Kenji-kun!" She gave him a cheery thumb's up.

Alexis overhears Kyte talking when she was gathering up the drinks and setting them on trays..."We'll help you fight those monsters..and the aliens, and that Dark mew...na no da..." She thinks back to the conversation about Sammy being shot..."Hey, what if those aliens had some device that made Sammy-chan obey them, na no da...? You said she was shot with some weapon. I'm sorry I wasn't around, or I would have used my Tambourine Trench on them, na no da.."

Kyte:The dreams are not the usual defination of scary. My normal dreams are full of monsters, demons, and people dieing. those are good dreams. The dreams I have been having lately are "happy" things. bunnies, rabbits, girly-things. and I don't even have a weapon. not even a match and hair spray. Sammy didn't look like she was even hit. It looked more like she was faking it. I think she wanted to go with them.

"Thanks Cassia." Kenji said to Cassia as he continues cooking said burgers for everyone.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"You think she wanted to go with them? Y'know, that's been bugging me. I mean, I was just too late, and keep wondering if I could've made a difference if I'd been faster. But what if she had a dark side all along? I mean, we didn't know her, did we?... And you think people dying in your dreams is a good thing? That... is that normal for guys to dream that way? I mean, last I knew monsters and demons got classified as 'nightmares,' not a dream to make you feel good the next morning. I'd say the new ones sound like at least a bit of an improvement, even if they're a little too Saturday morning cartoon stereotypical-girlish. Do you have to always want to kill something to be happy? And you're welcome," she added to Kenji.

Alexis sniffs the air, that fresh burger smell making her mouth water..."Mmmmmm...those burgers sure smell great, na no da! I have some sodas for everyone." She sets some sodas out on the tray, then gets some ketchup, mustard, and pickles from the fridge, balancing said pickle jar on her head. "Being part monkey has its advantages, na no da!" She then places the pickle jar and silverware, plates on the big table for the others to sit down and eat, discuss current events, and plan the big strategy against Nate, Max, and Sammy, and their evil Chimera Anima/Monster of the day plots. She then overhears Kyte talk about the"happy" thoughts..."Uhm, I think those are Kate-chan's thoughts, na no da."

Kyte:Kill things makes he feel better. That is why Halo is in important part of my day. Kate hates it.

"you do realize that now since were brother and sister, im gonna bug the fool outta ya right?" i laughed.

"I prefer Timesplitters myself...more comedy and better multiplayer..." Kenji said to Kyte as he set the burgers on a plate and brought them to the table.
