It's dark because, regardless of the intentions, it is about someone being strangled. Sad overall, yes, but hardly on the "light" side of the matter, in regards to events.

I know. I just prefer to see it as sad first and foremost. I guess I'm just desensitized to stuff like strangulation. Much like I am with stabbings and other horror/thriller things. Erasing one's identity and making them someone's property/toy, on the other hand... It is abominable to me.

Well, you can consider a strangulation or other type of physical violence to be just that--violence towards the body. But erasing someone's personality or making them be something they're not, that's violence towards the soul. Much more difficult to understand, hence more creepy.

The jump for joy one is my favorite of all time XD That's likely what I would do if I spontaneously transformed into a girl.

The rest were awesome too, I particularly love the second image on the 'one future coming up' caption. It reminds me of something. But I'm not sure what it reminds me of.... I suppose that would make it familiar, not a reminder >.> *confused*

Yeah, I figured that some guys, if they were able to become girls, would be too excited and happy to mind their public display all that much... And that image just seemed perfect to express that. XD

You can probably tell what two things inspired this. Maybe.

I wouldn't consider this to be canon Aeternalae stuff. 'Cause my brain sucks with remembering details.

The fourth one was partly inspired by the replicators from Stargate SG-1 and Ovalisks. The rest were my ideas of evilness.

But yah. They were all great ^_^ I just particularly loved the 4th one because of the way you had the narrative slowly change to accept then love what's happened.

Good work, overall. I especially liked the Purrian one; you brought up some novel ideas, with that. I also really liked the first one, due to the fact that the exact nature of the change was ambiguous until the end. Up until that last line or two, the person could have been male or female. Either would have worked. I personally found the cute one slightly creepy. Maybe it was the concentrated cuteness factor. I'm a little weird that way.

With each caption that I make for the Purrian universe, I try to work in just a little bit more information about the the Purrians. I still have a lot more to add, too. XD

Personally, if I had a choice, I'd choose to be appear cute. That caption had the cuteness I like (just appearance, not actions and stuff) and the mind alteration I don't like. Identity and development are precious to me. :O

The Purrian universe is a really interesting one. I'll definitely enjoy learning more about it. Hey, you could turn that into an official Universe setting here.... Bet a lot of people would like it.

I must confess that I wouldn't mind being somewhat cuter, but not quite that level of cute. It's too much. Too childish, almost. I've gotten attached to my physical adulthood, I guess.

Nah... The Purrian universe wouldn't work out as a roleplaying universe. It's just one of those things people may read as stories from one writer willing to write in it and that'd be it.

I like the kind of cute where you can't even tell if they are somewhere between a child and an adult. Cute agelessness. :O
