Garath's Potion Madness!

[Kohaku]

(OOC: I apologise for not being here in a while, university work don'cha know. @_@; *Reads back!*)

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Hallucinating?" Through the sadness and tears, a dose of anger arose on Kristine's behalf. "She most certainly is not! Though I guess that guy, of all people, isn't going to believe her. I just hope that potion wasn't poisonous or anything.... I- I wonder if we should just chuck the whole lot of them...." She put both arms around Clark's waist, burying her face in his shoulder. Too many strong emotions all at once....

[Beyond]

"Hey kids, didn't you hear the bell? You should't be here... or do you want to stay in detention?" A voice behind the group spoke. "You better head to your respective classes."

It was Jack, the gym teacher, heading to the teacher's room.

[Kris_Roth]

Kristine nodded as she went with Mr. Lenrez to the nurse's office and passed Allen. She went into the nurse's office..."Mitsuko...Mitsuko drank some of those drinks. She spaced out, Mr. Lenrez....she's the Japanese exchange student..." She hoped to alert Mr. Lenrez about any students who were affected..."Clark and Rhiannon...they grew wings, sir..." she then lied on the bed at the nurses office, hoping to find out what was causing her to hallucinate or whatever was clouding her mind.

[Mystic Mina]

"A-Alone?"

The request confused Clark for a second. Why did she want him to walk with her? Before he could elaborate on it any further though, Mr. Lenrez came back and informed them of what was happening.... And Clark began to worry.

"Oh no.... If this does get out, and those potions...."

No, they couldn't let it go public. If higher powers knew what these potions were and what they could do, it would most likely lead to chaos. Hastily, he walked up to the counselor before he could make the call.

"Counselor, before you make that call, can I come in to talk with Kristine for a moment, please? I wasn't sure which chemical she drank, but if I can get some information from her, I should be able to find out which one she ingested and what could be done to cure any effects. That will be much faster and safer than just guessing...."

[Mistress Guendolen]

Rhiannon nodded. "Yeah, we think we can find out more," she said. Can't let this get out- who knows what might happen? "Besides, we would like to, you know, check on her." All the while, she didn't let go of Clark. She added so softly that only he could hear her, "Yes, alone. I... there's something I need to tell you...." Just hope I'm not jumping the gun here, but then, I've always said if you see something you want you go for it, and I want him more than anything else in a long time....

[Garath the Shadowshifter]

Just before he could make the call for the nurse. He heard the two students who had come with Kristine talk to him.

He was worried that if he took too long Kristine's condition would worsen, but if they happened to know what she drank, he may be able to figure out if an ambulance needed to be called NOW.

Before that though he heard Kristine call for water and quickly got her a glass. The door still being locked, the students couldnt' get in. (I know the time line seems a bit off here. If anyone is wondering, I had to re-write this post)

"Here you go sweety, I assure you everything will be ok," He tells her before leaving the room to face the two students. He quickly re-locks the door behind him however to insure no one bothers Kristine.

"Ok so what do you know about this drug she took?" He says sternly

[Kris_Roth]

Kristine was on the bed Mr. Lenrez told her to lay down on. She had rattled off names to Mr. Lenrez of those she had seemed to know who had been exposed to the strange potions. She was afraid, as Mr. Lenrez alluded to, that this toxin would do her some harm. She wanted to talk to her friends....they would help her in her darkest need. She had a pillow under her head and her jacket was neatly hung up, leaving her v-neck midriff shirt on, and covered up with a blanket. She needed something to drink..."Can someone get me some water? I'm thirsty..." she called out...

[Meru]

"Ah! Sorry sir! We were just here because a friend of ours felt ill and was hallucinating. We will head back to our club room soon." Allen says, apologizing to the Gym teacher. He sees the box of potions, but, unfortunately, he has no clue that it's the box with the potions that changed Rhiannon, Clark, and Kristine.

(Right, let's say that Kazuki decided to escape when Allen knocked on the door, out of the window he came in, not wanting to be caught, or subjected to Rhiannon's wrath. I'll bring him back in at an approriate time.)

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay, first off, it wasn't a 'drug,' at least, not so far as we know. It was a weird pink liquid in a little bottle. We- well, we-" Nothing for it. Just spill the pared-down version of events. "We- that is, the two of us and out friend Steve- found this box full of these bottles, the stuff in them all different colors. We were trying to figure out what they were, and well, Kris got curious, and, well, drank one of them...." She fidgeted, realizing how ridiculous this must sound.

[Kris_Roth]

Kristine gets the glass of water, and blushes after the counselor calls her "sweety." "Thank you, sir..." She sips the water, slowly, feeling a bit better..."My friends seem very concerned about me, Mr. Lenrez. I'm sure they can help tell you what happened. All I know is I passed out and Clark found me, and somehow got me up..."

[Mystic Mina]

"It.... It...."

Think, think!

"They weren't drugs, sir. We were doing an experiment with a box of liquids, and somehow, she managed to ingest one of our chemicals.... She had taken it without anyone noticing, and when we did, she had already been affected. I know how to neutralize the effects of most of the chemicals, but we had to take her here because the nurse's office has the supplies we need. Please, let us in to see. I assure you that once we know which one she drank, we can help her without any further trouble."

[Garath the Shadowshifter]

"Ok so you found a box of unmarked liquids and she just up and DRANK one?" Mr Lenrez said in disbelief. Well from what he could read of Kristine, she DID seem a little spacy...

"Why didn't you stop her? No in fact WHY didn't you imediantly bring this box to the attension of a staff member? It's obvious you have NO idea what was in those bottles, your friend could be in SERIOUS danger. Forget the nurse, I think it's best to call 911, we need professionals to help us understand what we are dealing with!"

He proceeded to bring out his Cell Phone...
