Garath's Potion Madness!

(Hey just out of curiosity. How old are the characters you guys/gals are playing? I ask because since this takes place in a college, you should all be 18 and up. It dawned on me someone might be 17 or lower. Which wouldn't work. You shouldn't be in college at that age.)

OOC: This little story's getting quite interesting. Just wondering since Clark finally was able to tell Rhiannon how he felt about her, what about Kristine? I'm sure Allen or Steve would help, unless they are affected by potions. Steve drank a green potion..

Kristine somehow caught the tail end of Rhiannon and Clark's conversation, which culimated with Rhiannon giving Clark a big kiss. "Whoa," She said out loud as Clark got knocked out from hitting his head on the ceiling...and she blushed a bit...."Well, looks like you got your answer, Rhiannon." She sighs...and walks away from the two.."I'll be checking up on Steve and Allen if you need me, then I'll be in my room. You two continue.....talking...." She seemed a bit upset about being "Dumped."

Clark just up and got kissed by Rhiannon? I thought he liked girls like I am now. This does not make sense. She shruged and walked away....feeling rejected....

*Dokhidamo had just finished his class. Yet he had heard from one of his students that something odd may be going on at the gym. Dok decided to go and check just to be sure that nothing was going on.*

OOC: Steve is probably 20...

Steve waits for a moment to see what the potion does. And waits. And waits. "Nothing? Come on. No crazy powers? I didn't turn into some sort of crazy demon or anything? How does this help?" he said frantically.

Rhiannon looked up to see an obviously dejected Kristine walking away. "For... for what it's worth... I'm sorry," she said quietly. "Yes... I did get the answer I was hoping for. But I- I wish that... well... me being happy wasn't making you sad...." Her eyes went down, to the face of the boy whose head she now cradled in her lap. "If you never want to speak to me again, I'll- understand why...." She last comment was so soft, it was just barely audible.

OOC: Yes, I'm definitely thinking that this would be a good time for one of the other guys to try to help Kristine get over her dejection. Rhiannon would argue that Steve would be a good choice, since he's her friend.

"WHAT IN THE NAME OF SPRITE ARE YOU THINKING? Haven't you seen what those other potions did? You could be changed into a cat! Or turned into a tree! Or who knows what! And you just suddenly drink one down without a care in the world? Try to regurgitate it! Or something! I don't want to see someone die in front of me!" Allen frantically says, panicing, flailing his arms , and pacing around in front of Steve.

Kristine nodded..."It's okay, really, Rhiannon. It's just that I thought...." She sighed..."when Clark stormed the Nurse's office for me...that was....very sweet of him....and when he helped me when I passed out, and the time he sat with me when I had to talk to Mr. Lenrez..." She went back to hug Rhiannon..."You guys are the best!" She then asks..."Think I can find someone else here? I'm sure I'll still be best friends with Clark and you, even if you two are going steady."

OOC: so, Jack called the police to talk to them about the kids taking out Lenrez, and Rhiannon confessed she wanted to be Clark's girlfriend. Kristine felt dejected, but I think she's feeling better after Rhia talked to her about it.

Rhiannon smiled, admittedly a bit weakly. "Boy, you're taking this better than I would be. If I were in your shoes, I'd be storming around looking for something to pummel.... And- yes, it was all very sweet of him. He's like that. It's one of the reasons I like him so much, he really cares about other people...." She lightly ruffled her fingers through the boy's hair, smiling gently. "And I'm- I'm sure you'll have no problem finding some, well, company." She thought for a moment. "Hm, you know, Steve's single... I wonder...."

Kristine nodded..."Steven? Okay...I'll go see what's going on with Steve and Allen." She heads off to check on Steve and Allen, and on the way, she spots a teacher, Dok, heading to the gym. "Uhm, hi there, sir. I'm looking for the chemistry lab. I'm new here and I was told someone was to give a tour of the place..."
