I don't know what to make of it. But I reckon that it probably wouldn't be free once it's out of the beta stage.

From http://www.google.com/tisp/faq.html

What are the system requirements?

*

Windows XP/Vista (Mac and Linux support coming soon)
*

Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Firefox 1.5+ with the Google Toolbar
*

Round-front or elongated toilet providing at least 1.0 gallons per flush
*

Use of automatic toilet bowl cleaners is not recommended

In case you ever have trouble with your installation here a helpful hint.

I'm having trouble installing or using TiSP.
Your internet connection should be working within one hour of GFlushing the sinker. If you still aren't online after that period of time, your toilet may be clogged. Please flush three more times, then check your online connection again. If you're still experiencing problems, drop eight mints into the bowl and add a two-liter bottle of diet soda. For further assistance, please visit the TiSP Help Group.

I rather google as my search engine. Not as my internet provider.

Beyond bets it's slow.

Trickle
Download speed (max): 8 Mbps (10X basic DSL)

Upload speed (max): 2 Mbps

Price: Free

The #2
Download speed (max): 16 Mbps (20X basic DSL)

Upload speed (max): 4 Mbps

Price: $9.95/mo.

Royal Flush
Download speed (max): 32 Mbps (40X basic DSL)

Upload speed (max): 8 Mbps

Price: $24.95/mo.

Actual speeds will vary, depending on network traffic and sewer line conditions. Users with low-flow toilets may simultaneously experience a saving-the-environment glow and slower-data-speed blues.

Also it's only for U.S. and Canada. If you have a Septic System you can't use this provider.

That is a rather elaborate April Fool's joke. I was waiting for a big website to make one. I like it.

If 100 megabytes per second is an upper limit, what's implausible about an 8 megabyte per second connection? Of course, it's an obvious April Fools joke... Just asking.
Tell me, for what price would you give up hope?
Would you follow the will o' the wisp of the brightest morning star?
How far?

It's not wireless, it's fiber-optic.
