LoZ: The Harp of Anon

Rodin snapped out of a slight trance he had entered, brought on by disbelief. This can't be real... he thought, Those were just stories, there wasn't really a Hyrule was there? And even if there was, there shouldn't be a way for me to be here... While thinking this he had began to walk towards the village center as he got his bearings. As cliche as it sounded, the most known way to see if your dreaming is to harm yourself, so he drew an arrow from his quiver and pricked himself lightly on the finger. When the sharp pain shot to his arm, a few beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. It wasn't a dream, but that didn't mean it was necessarily Hyrule, those two who had explained might be crazy. That's it... Rodin thought nervously, They were crazy, I'll just ask a guard to see where I am, must have been blown off course by the storm and only thought that the mountain was a island... as little sense as this made, Rodin stuck with it for the time being and walked over to the nearest guard and said with a minor sound of nervousness in his voice, "Excuse me, could you tell me where I am?"

[Kumi-chan]

Jaena nods and takes the slip back. "Thank you sir. Yeah I'll take care of him no problem." She turns towards the hill walking towards the bank. "I need to buy food for the the Zora kingdom."

[muffinstud]

Shale's face has a large red mark where the step hit his face, and it stings. The pain helps him get his mind back on track. "Do not mind me, Princess. I believe you were telling us something important before I rudely interrupted."

[Stellar]

"No, it's useless information. But are you okay?" Zelda looks down at Shale slightly worried. Her worry though may be more about Shale's ability to help in the long run with this display of clumsyness, over his actual injury.

The top of the staircase is near, the exit itself seems to be a few dusty wooden planks covering a hole above the stairs. Some great security for such a special place...


You hail the attention of the guard Remi and Jaena were talking with. The guard stares at Rodin for a moment, "This is Kakariko Village, traveler," the guard replies, baffled by where Rodin could have come from.

Domi nods at Jaena (if faeries nod >.>), "Oohh, I thought Zora's have plenty of food from their river though." The sprite slowly drifts back to Remi, "Hey... Look at that bird guy, I've never seen or heard of a kin like that before."

(I'm sorry that I'm taking too long with this. I hope I haven't missed my chance again.)
Jaradu's eyes perked up at the Captain's wonderings. While he was worried about the state of the river, he was, admittidly much more excited about the possible opprotunity that this situation might offer.

"Sir..." Jaradu began, attempting to make himself sound much more concerned about the situation than he was. "...surely a catastrophe great enough to plug Zora's River is enough to warrent somebody going to investigate, right? After all, if this continues, the lake will dry up and..." He stopped his shameless act here, hoping that his commander agree with his suggestion and send him to scout out the nature of the disturbance.

[Shadowmaster]

Remi looks at the bird guy. "Is there no end to the odd creatures that exist outside of the forest. Maybe he's a relative of the owl back there. Anyway..." Remi turns back toward Jaena. "I don't want to intrude on your mission, but I was sent by the Deku Tree to find you. He said that you could help stop the world from being messed up more than it has been."

[Mistress Guendolen]

Damali was studying this gatway as they got closer. If this is so important, why is it so lazily covered? We have strong guards and heavy gates at our important places. From what she had seem of Shale, he would be perfectly fine. It would take more than one stumble to hurt someone as sturdy as him, she was sure.

[muffinstud]

"I will be fine, Princess. I just hope the sister of our young lady here will be as well." Shale saw the loose planks covering the opening and couldn't help but scratch his head in confusion.

[Kumi-chan]

Jaena looks at the little boy. "You're serious... I How could I help I am on my own mission.You can come with me if you want. I cannot let down the Zora king and everyone else." She looks over at the bird person and giggles softly. And i thought people would find a fish person weird.

[Mitera Nikkou]

Shindo stares at Achoo for a short moment.

"You know all of Hyrule is in dire trouble right?" He grabs a mug that's been sitting on the table and gulps some of the liquid down. "Ahhh!" Shindo wipes his mouth and continues. "Take my beloved Alcali for instance. Nearly everyone who lives here is human, and the strange music has warped their brains to be greedy and selfish...." He trails off.

"Tell you what..." Shindo stands up and sets the mug down, "Give me a hand preparing a spell I have in the works to sheild Alcali, and I'll see what we can do for Malon," with a smile he held out a hand.

Not seeing any harm in it, Achoo accepts the hand.

"No, I didn't know that this was a problem all over Hyrule. But if this plan of yours helps, then I guess I wouldn't mind being party to it."

[Xiao]

"Alright," Rodin said with a slightly more nervous look on his face, "More broad, what island is this? How far am I from Windfall Island?

[Stellar]

The guard stares at Rodin, "The three of you are all playing some strange joke on me right?" He reguards Jaena and Remi, assuming they put Rodin up the inqery (After all it's not everyday a Zora, a Kokiri, a faery, and a strange bird man all bug him at once). "Any more tom-foolery of this nature will not be tollerated. I have buisiness to attend to. Good day." With that he stopmed off quite disgruntled now.

"Whoa..." Domi mumbled after the guard left then came back to it's sences, "But maybe if we fix Hyrule then the problem with your home will be fixed as well!"


"Okay Master Goron," Zelda continued on.

At the top of the steps a small ladder lead up to the planks. The princess climbed up and scooted the obstructions out of the way. Once getting through the opening you'll see you're in a cellar. Large wine and ale barrels line the walls along with flour, wheat, and other such things.


"Well now you do," Shindo smiles and shakes Achoo's hand. "Now then..." the boy sits down and pulls out a book quickly flipping through it, "Where is the spell we're looking for..."


(It's the Hylian River that's clogged not Zora's river ^_^)
Captain Zora rubs his chin thinking as Jaradu speaks. "I've got it! Hmmm. Yes. Jaradu, go upstream to see what may have happened and if it requires more then you to fix, go back to Zora's Domain. We only have enough hands here to guard the Water Temple." He nods sagely acting as if it was his idea to send you upstream.

[Mistress Guendolen]

Damali looked around. It looked like a storage cellar or something. "What, is that a secret passage we just came out of or something?"

[Kumi-chan]

Jaena looks confused at the guard and shrugs.

On seeing the barrels and sacks of grain, all Shale could do was scratch his head harder. None of this was making sense.
