Jeff felt quite hungry after all that nuisance, so she thought it a good idea to make her way to the food court...but it was so far away now because of the height difference. Jeff sat down on the floor and pouted for a few minutes until realizing that she had wings now.

After a brief moment of attempting to adjust to this fact and make them work she soon learned to operate them as an extra set of appendages and was soon flittering her way towards the food court. Things were actually starting to look up after all.

She eventually made her way to the counter of a fast food place, although several times someone had mistook her for an insect of sorts.

"One Chunky Burger, please." She piped in to the satyr working the counter.

"....Uh...that's a small, righ?"

Jeff squirmed. She was clearly pointing at the medium size.

"No, the medium combo."

"Uh...I don't think that's a good ide-"

"C'mooooon, I'm real hungry. Serve it up." Jeff whined, feeling too hungry to think rationally.

"Uh...OKay." The satyr said.

After Jeff had paid, a few minutes later a massive tray was placed in front of her with a burger that was about the same size as she was, and fries she could chuck like spears....She had neglected to take her height difference into account.

She had a REAL fun time getting it back to her table.

After a long hiatus...Exploring it is.

After one of the longest and most arduous meals Jeff had ever eaten in her life, she discarded the massive leftover food (Her stomach was too tiny to eat it.) and flittered off with her massive bag of stuff down the corridors or whatever they can be called of the mall.

It was at this point that Jeff finally had a good control over using the wings...so people had stopped looking at her funny as though she had some sort of mental disorder.

Passing by countless numbers of stores including a shoe shop, a hardware store, and a candy pavillion, she came to another fork. One path led to a Wal-Mart, another path led to a potions shop, the other led to more mall...or she could head back the way she came.

"Hm." Jeff thought. "I could find work at the Wal-Mart, perhaps...or at the potion shop I could try to find a way to get rid of this silly fairy spell....still no sign of an arcade, though."

Whatever she did, Jeff had all day to decide what to do.

"Okay." Jeff thought to herself as she flittered towards the potion shop. "I seem to be getting around just fine like this, but really. Enough is enough."

Clearly she had the intent of finding a potion to switch herself back on her mind.

As she fluttered down the aisles of the potions one other thought stuck in her mind: "I have no idea what I'm looking at."

She attempted to call over a worker to assist her, but since she was so tiny she had to scream at the top of her lungs...At which point the sultry witch (This is not meant as an insult, because she WAS in fact a stereotypical looking witch. Pointed hat and all.) at the counter pointed to a sign hanging off the ceiling which read: "Get it yerself!"

Jeff sighed and looked through the shelves on her own.

The potions were way more expensive than she imagined. If she bought one a sizeable chunk would be taken out of her finances.

"Is there a clearance bin anywhere?!" She called to the witch at the counter.

The witch, without bothering to look up, pointed at the back of the room where there was a small clearance shelf with 3 different coloured, and unlabeled potions adorning it.

Only a gold apiece...seemed like a bargain.
