It's some sort of power-up item that unlocks special powers...like Cecillia's mom and turned into a mermaid form to save a young girl from drowning once when the Cyniclons gatecrashed their beach party, na no da."
She looks at Hitomi..."Hi, what do you want to eat today, na no da..? I didn't get your name, na no da..." she looks at the old photo of her mom and the other mews (the other new mew's parents..."You look like the girl with purple hair in that photo...is that your mother, na no da?"

To alexis, it is homemade black aqua, of my own design, the only reason I know it is safe is because I havent died yet.

And to you, a gorilla, not bad, but looks like he could use some house training.
