"Oh.... I'm sorry, Rhia.... I...."

Clark felt tears begin to well up in his eyes. Why had he been so careless? Because of drinking that damn potion, he lost Rhia.... Perhaps, forever. No....

"I.... I wish I could.... Do somethi-WAH!"

The thought of turning back to his former size triggered something within his body. In the span of a few seconds, Clark suddenly regained his former height and weight, though the butterfly wings stilled remained. Plus, the fact that he had been standing on Rhiannon's shoulder the entire time meant that.... Well, you get the picture.

"Ahh!" One minute, she'd had a fae-Clark sitting on her shoulder like a parody of a parrot. Now... she was flat on her back on the floor, and he was lying on top of her.... Their faces mere inches apart. She actually blushed. "W-well," she managed, "I- I can't say I- object to this arrangement, but- it could've been in a- better place-" Then reality belatedly sunk in. "But- you- you're back! To normal size!" She threw her arms around him, hugging him and squealing with delight at the reversal, not caring about the wings still on his back.

Clark, who was slightly disoriented at having returned to his regular size, did not feel any better when Rhiannon suddenly latched onto him and started squealing like lovestruck schoolgirl.... Which she technically was, but.... Well.... Y'know.

"R-Rhia, c-could you stop h-huggi- WHOA!"

Having lost his concentration, Clark shrunk once more in the loving embrace of Rhiannon. He was now trapped within her arms, pressed against her now enormous chest.

"O-Ow.... Rhia....."

"so what are we doing in the lab Allen?" i said swishing my tail behind my legs, it felt funny, but it was a cool funny.

Rhiannon squeaked, abruptly sitting up and letting go. "Oh, I'm sorry!" she exclaimed. "I had no idea that'd do that- you're not going to shrink every time I hug you, are you?..." That would seriously slow down their relationship, that was for sure.... Stupid potions. Every time I try to show some affection, something crazy happens to get in the way.
