Hey, they capitalized. I hear that capitalizing is all of the rage in America. And look how we prosper! Woo! XD

Who would ever confuse a tanuki with a racoon? There obviously two very different creatures

Right, and sheep and poodles are obviously very different as well. Even the hair and wool isn't comparable in most cases. Just seeing one of them should be enough to distinguish which is which when they see the other. I find it hard to believe that any of them wouldn't have seen at least one of the two. I'm sure, with all of those virtual pets out and about, that there'd be a poodle shown beyond the digital animation. Nintendogs had a poodle in one of the versions, didn't it?

I mean, come on; throwing away that kind of money without having any real idea of what you're getting? That's begging, not asking, to learn a lesson; which they better pay attention to. It's not that hard to put a little effort into just seeing what something looks like before pursuing it. Sure, advertisors throw practically everything at you all of the time, but you can't depend on them for everything. -_-;

Sorry. I'm in one of my anti-human moods these days.

hey now, my most beloved and dearly departed childhood dog was a purebred English Setter and the genetic disorders in addition an already stupid breed made him the most cuddly lovable, sweethearted dog ever!

And my childhood dog was a pure standard poodle. He suffered from bad arthritis and a digestive disorder and some other things. I loved him to death, but a mutt would have probably had a higher quality of life.

I miss my minature dachsund. Dumb as dirt, but cute as a button. Liked to eat snails.

He's not dead, mind you. A little old lady came by and bought him, and took him to a nice farm far away, where he's happy and can run around, but we'll never actually see him or get pictures!

...

..

...

REALLY!

(I have a cat now, equally cute. From the 'bad part of town', stray that I found as a kitten. She was abandoned by the side of the road, covered in ants. I nursed her back to health, and she has been living with us and biting us ever since!)

I feel sorry for the sheep. As for the people, it's there own fault for being in the most plainest way put. Stupid.

O___o

Stuff like this ues to happen in the middle ages, but unlike these people they had a good resone. (No books and Pichers of animals weren't always relieable, ect) This is the 20th centure. We're not throwing rocks and ech other anymore after all.

The inharent diffrences of sheep to dogs (Ears, Hair, Feet, sound, teeth, ect) should of said something.

I'd say they are more ignorant than stupid. Stupid would be if they kept the sheep AFTER the story broke, and insisted it was a poodle.

To be fair, it is stupid to not double-check, or look into the suspicious parts. (Or check with a vet...)

Nah...I'd say they do. Ignorance is the lack of knowledge, stupidity is the inability to comprehend knowledge. Though they are sometimes used like synonyms...

You can be stupid without being ignorant and be ignorant without being stupid. I'm ignorant of many things. If I didn't try or was incapable of learning new things I would be stupid as well.

They were stupid and ignorant. (At least I'm assuming that most of them were.) While I'm sure that it was within their capacity to learn about poodles before making the purchase, they made the stupid choice to remain ignorant despite how relevant the knowledge of poodles was in relation to their goal. So, because of their stupidity they were ignorant, and that ignorance made them look stupid. Ignorance and stupidity are good friends. :O

But that's enough bashing from me. It has gotten old. XD

Some people get what they deserve.
I just hope that the sheep didn't have to suffer too much, maybe soe of their owners forced them to eat meat or something like that
Beside this I feel sorry for every pet which has to live in a way too small apartment with no real park in range.
Beware: I own a (magical) pointy stick

Just believe it.

It counts more on the size then anything eals. When it comes to pets, I don't think anything larger then I small dog or cat should be keet if you live in a town.(They get more then there share of exsersiaze jumping up and down things like chairs, seats, and steps. Large dogs are better kept when you live in the country side, were they have the room to run around. If you live in a citiy keep it to things like gold fish and such, Maby a ferret.

I personally want a toy dachshund myself, as they are cute and small so their poop isn't too big if they go in the house while I am away, and they can only eat so much... however even a small dog like that costs a lot of money for shots and stuff so I cannot yet afford it. My mom and sister want to buy me one, but I just am not in the position to handle it at the moment.
