Hub Rp: Stand By, Set Up, Ready

[Raleigh]

((No worries, no taboos amongst the people of hub so the age thing shouldn't really bother anyone unless your character would have a problem with it. Sorry about the age thing, but she is kinda around that age for a reason that will be revealed later.)) "Ahh here we are. This is the sword we are supposed to give you, Lyra." She hands over the blade to the sister. "And we should see you bright and early tomorrow then, Jarred. Should be interesting having an enthusiet here to help us."

[Mistress Guendolen]

Lyra's eyes lit up when she saw the sword. "Yes...." It came out a mere whisper as the weapon came into her hand. It was like... like coming home. Yes, this thing belong with her. She felt it in her deepest bones, almost like she had always been meant to have this weapon. "Thank you," she murmured, mesmerized by the play of light off the blade.

[Katty]

"I'll be here then"

Now to go 'ask' someone to cover for me. I wonder where that new guy is.

OOC: We'll see how this RP plays out. I might be with Wryn, or maybe someone else or even no one at all. I just wanted Jarred to be a bit more teenage male. =^-^=

[Raleigh]

"So, what are you two planning to do now. Going to see if you can find that other bunch that went to hunt down the materials, going back to the party, or do you two want to grab a meal?"

[Katty]

"Well,I'll leave that up to my sister here. I have done enough 'planning' for the night"

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Go after the other bunch, of course-" At that moment, her stomach rumbled loudly. "Or... not...." she finished sheepishly. "Sorry, I haven't eaten in hours, and you know how I am when I get like that, sprig...."

[Raleigh]

"Alright. Then if you all wish to eat, lets just head over to the cafeteria. I think they are serving some of the better food today." Begins walking off in that direction. Her coat swinging out as she turns revealing a strapped on gun holster underneath and at least one kodachi hanging in her belt.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay, thanks. I gotta admit I'm starving.... You coming, little bro?"

[Katty]

"You think I'm going to pass up food? But after words, there is something I have to do, ok sis?"

I follow Wryn. I must remember not to get her ticked off at me with that gun on her belt. Or at least invent a shield to stop it, but that is easier said then done.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Course, little bro. I think I'm going to be practicing more with this afterwards, myself...." She patted the hilt of the sword hanging on her belt, looking as though it had always belonged there.

[Metroidvania]

((In the sewers.)) After the robots all shut down, the room is deathly quite. Suddenly a door way swings open and out steps Rico. Rico: "Seems we got a rodent problem."

(Shannon frowns, one hand going for her nodachi)

Identify yourself.

[Tala]

*K runs in from behind Rico and tries to knock him out with the butt of her gun*

[Raleigh]

The gun butt connects but Rico isn't even staggered. "Yep, rodents." Rita appears near the other members of the group. Rita:"I like rodent hunting." The claw weapons she is wearing gleam in the dull light of the sewers a moment before she blurs into action, slashing for Shannon and then veering toward Brandt. Rico turns around to slam a fist into the gut of K.

[Tala]

*K catches the fist and twists Ricos arm and stabs him with a parlizing powder tiped shrukin*

[Raleigh]

Rico doesn't even grunt as his bones hold through the twist and the shuriken stabs into him. "I take it you must be new kid. Parlor tricks like that don't work on the big dogs." He punches for K's head with his free arm. Rita: "Rico, don't get cocky. You know that powder will kick in shortly. Finish them off while you can still move."

The guildmaster looks out his window. "I hope they remember the goal is to get back the items, not fight the ones that took them. Raven and his lackeys aren't to be faught without some extreme preperation and not a little luck or divine favor."
