TG/TF Virus Outbreak

[Banzai!!]

"Before the outbreak of the first virus I was confined to a wheel chair. Gradually I became a Human-Ladybug girl, and with the realitive strength of an insect, my legs allowed me to walk upright like everyone else. Although, I missed my old body and took the cure as soon as possible. Eventually I returned to my wheel-chair self. But as of recent, my legs have seemed to regain their strength and this has happenend." Alex straightens his shirt to reveal to small mounds under his shirt. "I think the vaccine if faulty."

*All of the Element Angels stowed their weapons and put their disguises back up.*

"Sorry Alex, we didn't mean to jump the gun and attack you." I said.

"Yes that's true. We just didn't expect you to fall through our front window. That is what put us on alarm." Leigh said.

*Madison turned back to Mat*

"Dang. I am glad I was not affected be the first one. I was infected not too long ago."

"..... Of course."

Nariko took her seat back on the couch, her good mood wiped away by the recent incident. It wasn't that she was mad at Ashley; she knew that the angel girl was only trying to defend her. But.... What was happening to her? Why was her disguise failing? And what.... What were those thoughts crossing her head when she saw Alex? Was the virus beginning to affect her mind like it had to..... To Franz?

[Mistress Guendolen]

Gwen sat down quietly next to her. "What's the matter?" she said softly, hardly audible. "If you want to talk, I'm willing to listen...."

[Mystic Mina]

"It's nothing...." Nariko whispered, flicking away a lock of pink/auburn hair that had gotten on her face. "It's just.... Well.... Have you been feeling different lately, with the virus? I mean, have you been having thoughts that you usually wouldn't have?"

Her now ruby eyes drooped to the floor.

[Banzai!!]

"Like last time, the virus seems to be acting slowly, it not more so this time. I have always had a strong immune system. It also probably helps that I have been working on my own cures."

[Kris_Roth]

Kristy looks to Alex. "it would appear those who were affected by the 1st virus and accepted the "cure" were exposed to the new strain of the virus through the rain. Someone was able to get the 2nd virus into the clouds, making them heavy enough to make it rain. The water in the shower is contaminated, as is the drinking water, unless you have a water filtration system or bottled water on hand. I heard there was a rush at the stores selling bottled water and water filtering devices for showers and sinks. I wonder what the news reports have to say about any new developments...?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Well... I... I have to confess not really.... But- it hits everyone differently, right? Have you been- feeling differently? You can tell me if you like. I promise I won't judge."

"It's nothing...." Nariko whispered, flicking away a lock of pink/auburn hair that had gotten on her face. "It's just.... Well.... Have you been feeling different lately, with the virus? I mean, have you been having thoughts that you usually wouldn't have?"

"That very well may be the cause"

[Mystic Mina]

"It's just.... I'm beginning to feel comfortable being like this. A bit too comfortable.... Like, it was what I had always wanted all along."

That couldn't be. Nariko was a man. A male! She had never wanted anything like this before! So why did she feel so peaceful with staying in this form? So.... Content?

"I'm scared, Gwen." Nariko whispered, her hand reaching out to touch the girl's gingerly. "I don't want to forget who I am.... What I was. I don't...."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I think that might be part of the virus. You're not the only one.... Some, I guess, really are happy, like the excitable cousins over there. But I think a side effect is to accept the change.... A new side effect. I know I initially freaked out when this happened, but... I hardly even notice it, now." The disguise flickered in and out for just a moment. "And don't worry, we won't let you forget who you are or were." She gripped both Nashiko's hands with hers. "I'll help you. Talk to me, tell me things. As much as you want. Just to keep the memories fresh. I'll do all I can to keep you from losing yourself. You're not alone. You've got me, if no one else. Okay?"

[Tala]

"We don't have to worry about water. I can control weather the water is normal or infected. Remember."

[Mystic Mina]

"....Thank you, Gwen." Nariko said, giving a gentle squeeze to Gwen's hands. "You're the only one here that understands.... But I can't tell you my story. Not yet.... When the time is right, I will."

[Mistress Guendolen]

"You're welcome. I do understand, and I'll listen whenever you feel ready." Another responding squeeze. "No pressure or anything. But whenever you need that ear, I'll be here, waiting. Okay?"
