*Grabs the kid before he cam get inside*

"What are you running for?"

"I...uh...am afraid of those virus freaks like you."

[Tala]

"Don't call me a freak or you will become one. Got me."

Kristy is in her human disguise, because no one would understand a talking fox girl, unless someone mistook her from out of a Sonic the Hedgehog or Usagi Yojimbo comic. "Mat, don't hurt the lad. We will get him a new basketball. He's got family, and they might call the police for us trespassing." She appears as a black haired Asian girl in her disguise , with a red chinese shirt and black pants and black shoes.

*Mat dropped the boy and walked away*

*runs back into the house*

Meanwhile......

Alex compares sample of the new virus, to sample of the old strain.
"My god..........This can't be good"

[Mistress Guendolen]

Gwen looked over at his comparison. "What is it?" she asked. "All this science is so much gobbledygook to me- what's wrong with this?" She was pointedly ignoring Mat. He seemed to be almost craving attention, with his antics. So ignore him and see how he likes it....

[Banzai!!]

Alex points to the old strain and plops a drop of his blood into sample. The virus dies since his blood is immune. He then does the same with the new strain, the virus soon destroys the white blood cells in the drop of blood. This is all seen via microscope.

"That explain it?"

[Kris_Roth]

Kristy breathes a sigh of relief..."Alex, this is Kristy...how are you holding up? Mat just threatened some local kid. It is not safe with this virus. People are just as scared as they are of people with powers, like the X-Men, Fantastic Four, or any super powered comic characters, or magical powered people."

[Banzai!!]

"That's not good to hear. And this won't be bittersweet either. It seems the new strain is more powerful than I had previously thought."

[Josh-May]

I looked at Mat, then back to the others.
"no... i.. kinda like being this way too... but ill at least help for the cure."
I turned toward mat again.
"this seems like quite a change for you. earlier you were a scared little girl hiding in a closet at the school, now your the bad ass tomboy, and yes i say tomboy because truth is you are a girl for now. but be it you stay this way or get the cure we'll need all the help we can get, and we sure as hell don't need an altitude."

I go towards Alex.

"that could pose a problem for any sort of cure... i mean unless we can find an exact chemical opposite.. which seemed impossible for the last one, we just got lucky when a chemical strengthened the white blood cells enough to reverse the virus and give us an immunity to it."

Kristy continues to talk to Leigh and Ashley about Alex's findings..."Seems that 2nd virus has...mutated...developed an immunity to the 1st virus....and now it's become very dangerous...especially with the wrong people...mad scientists, and the like..." she gulps.."What if they want to kidnap me because I'm a fox girl..?"
