Er, so you changed the mouth and made the hair a little longer? Hmm, I think if you wanted to make a female version obvious you'd have to go do a little more work on it, like neck down.

If you look at men and women, by photo if you need to, you'll notice that women typically have thinner, less muscled necks and you don't really see the adam's appple on them.
