To tell the truth, when it comes to MP3plays I don't give a shit about size, same with computers and laptops. If I could get say a MP3 player that was the size of the xbox HDD I could throw into a cargo pant pocket or book bag and ue some head phones with a long cord. That would be fine with me. Caues then I'm not spending a extra few hundreds of dollors minized electronics.

It's almost the same thing with macs the coast. If it ever brook your going to probly spend twice maby three times are much getting it repaired.

It's these two facts the resone why I avoid buying a mac. Now I admit I've never been forced to ues a mac all that much, but it's thows two facts that makes me avoid them. Specaly here on the east cost, since there are very few place/people that sell/repair macs. Meaning every thing would have to be done threw the mail and such.

But to my dispare, I in fact own a Ipod. But for good reasone. I got it dirt cheep. A frind about a 4GB nano, for $140 I think. She sold it to me for $50 since she latter decided she didn't like it.

Like I said, dirt cheep. It's prety good, but it seemed almost over priced for what she bought it for.

Also Selena Aninikkou, to say Mac has better secruity then Windows is over looking one magor point. NOTHING IS HACK PROOF. Corrperations have tried agien and aigen to stop virues/hacks. But always been stopped short.

360 and Wii both claimed to be hack proof. Both have been fighting a uphill battle to keep it that way. Only resone 360/xbox doesn't get virues is caues it's opperates on cloesed servers.

The Wii also caim VERY cloes to getting virues'd too, since it didn't uesed cloes servers. Someone figered out how to make a image that when a the trile vertion of the wii browser viewed it, would crash the system and allow things to be downloaded onto it.

Only a matter of time befor then find yet another gap.

HD-DVD and Blue Ray once bragged that they couldn't be cracked or copyed. Opps, look like they just invited troble. They been cracked and copied already. Now people a already downloading HD Movies on Bit Torrent.

Windows uesers out number Mac uesers in leeps and bounds. Mav doesn't have the thousands, if not millions looking to make the next big virus.

Nothing is fool proff, and nothing is unbeatable. And when your the standered (Sorry, but windows is. Just look at how many games/programs are windows only compared to mac), every one wants to take down the big kid on the block.

As long as my ipod nano wakes me up for school, I'll like it.
The wind is coming, and it tells a story more often silenced than not.

Um, usually when people talk about security, they talk about number of exploits over a period of time, not whether the system has ever been hacked or not. And despite Microsoft's well-known trumpeting of how it's because Windows is so common, it is well-known among people in the tech industry that the real reason crackers like to target Windows is because there are so many absolutely braindead security breaches in it that overturning it is a joke.

Counterpoint: Apache is the most common web server in the world, making up approx. 70% of all Internet servers. However, the most commonly targetted web server is IIS, which has maybe 20% penetration if they're lucky. Why isn't Apache more commonly exploited? It has more systems to target, after all.
