Hey, not all stories can end happily. Sure, that's the ideal and usually the preference. But things don't always work out well. That's not how the world works. Thus, you use stories like these to express all different varieties of experience, not just the happy ones.

"Pixie summoning" is easily one of the best captions I have ever read, lack of TG content be darned. :)
Tell me, for what price would you give up hope?
Would you follow the will o' the wisp of the brightest morning star?
How far?

Yes...I kind of know that. It just my tastes are a little different then anyone elses. Some preper to have some stories with a sad ending, and I avoid doing that with my own captions. And yes, I know the world does not work that way that everything would end in a happy ending. But this is not the real world is it. This is fiction, you got me? F.I.C.T.I.O.N. fiction, are we clear on it. So if Steller saw that enough of us or something wanted to have the story be continued and had enough of a big heart to continue it and maybe have a happy ending to it somehow, then there is still hope for the couple.

So just to let you know, do not in any way try to dapper my sprits that there will be never a happy ending to the first caption, because who knows, there might be, I just have to hope alot that there will be one. And don't you even dare say that to others wishing for the same thing, that would be really unfair! I hope you are clear on that.

Yeah, there is a lack of any TG content, but still a pretty good and interesting story...so far... The reason I say so far is that I think the story is not even completed yet and steller may continue it if he/she wishes to do it for all of us wanting it to continue and have a happy ending to the story.

I hope that you are kind of want the story to continue, if not that is ok. It's just my opinion that the story should continue.

Look, I was not trying to "dampen your spirits," okay? You talk like I was personally insulting you. There is absolutely no need to get snippy with me over something like this. I am fully aware that this is fiction, so there is no need to "be absolutely clear on that," and certainly no need to talk down to me about it. I agreed that happy endings are good, right? I was just saying that insisting on nothing but happy endings was a kind of rose-colored glasses. Sometimes a darker ending is more fitting. You do what is appropriate when you tell a story, even if it's not chipper and positive. But I don't want to get in a fight on Stellar's thread. So if you have continual issue with what I have to say or how I say it, I would be muhc obliged if you would take it to PM. Thank you.

*Stellar blink blinks* I go to Wal-Mart and this is what happens?

*Stellar thrusts her caption gavel down!* No more fighting!

Now, to address things I feel I should respond to.

Muffin, my man. You're such a great writer you saw through the ending! Honestly the story would be twice as long if I continued in the same fasion I started it in. Plus I was tired of writing so I decided to cut to the chase. I had all the main points and words out in the open so it felt like it wasn't too horrible of me to do. There were actually several midnight discussions between the two in my head, but they were so long and boring -_- I didn't type them out. Considder that a plus though, if I get going on meaningless tangents then there's no telling how long it'll take before you loose intrest.

Mario, you can keep wishing, but saying that you hope I continue pixie summoning in every post only makes me enjoy not finishing it more. I don't mean to torment you (Honestly... you seem a little desperate for an appealing ending) but I do prefer people conclue things themselves now and again.

Sophia! Actually when I first started the caption it was going to be nice and short about a guy who had a crush on a girl in his office but she had a dark secret and all of the lame stuff we've read before to turn a guy into a girl, so I let my fingers keep typing and they led to the summoning of Allinav.

Oh yes, exspect more caption carnage in the near future! *Stellar laughs as she dissapears to whence she came*

Actually I think it was a good choice of an ending. It's called a cliff hanger and it lets people image what they would like to see in the next part. Of course I did like it more because of the sad ending since I was expecting a happy one.

With a picture like that I couldn't imagine having a happy ending XD Sorrow consumes my muse when I view such formations of pixils!

Anyway, moar!

This one. Oh this one. That's all I have to say. And it wasn't said in a bad way. Just a reminiscing way.

Cafe du Creme

Lemme introduce this one with a simple matematic equation:

Skirts + bikes = nosebleeds

I'm on number three already? I have to say this one is my favorite of this batch.

Would this technically be considdered mooning? XD

Lastly, I have a Project Kimono update. It's rather boring. It's a sad caption to have as last. So I sall call it last, and certainly least!~

Testing complete!

I hope your minds are invigorated!

Wow. More captions. Neat. I liked the third one the best, but I have one question about that, How did Doug do it? I understand by magic, but I still would like to know where he got it in the first place.

As for the bike, you just wear a longer skirt, or you just sit on your skirt to stop it from flailing in the wind. But you might have already known that.

Well...crap! I was hoping you had the heart Steller to continue the caption, as well as a couple of ours. Maybe sometime I get over it if you don't continue it for a while. I wish I could continue it, but I may foul up the story, so that is why I asked you to continue it. Sure everyone can image a happy ending to this story, but it is nicer to just continue it for me and a couple of ours.

As for the new captions I am really confused on the first one with the couple sharing a drink, could you clear that up for me? The rest seemed ok and I have not taken the chance to read the story one...yet. I hope the next batch is to my liking. maybe this time if you do make a love story tg couple one that there is a happy ending to it somehow.

Yeah...sorry that I got kind of mad at you. I guess for a moment I thought you tryed to attack me. Then I looked at the message and it was really a general one to me and the 2 others who want a good ending to the caption.

It just the way I usually like things, I want them to somehow end with a happy ending no matter how bad the situation is, that is the way I am, just except it. It is just when I see a really bad ending to a beautiful story, I kind of get a little too carried away with emotion. I guess I should try to control those ergues more.

I did how fix one of the stories with a sad ending, the childhood memories one and made a sequel out of it where the narrator with the help of a good witch helped the boy by changing reality for Billi for the better. I don't think I will do the same thing to Steller's caption because it is just beyond what I can do to make a sequel to it.

So sorry I kind of offended you in any shape or form.

Mario, the double posting is getting a little annoying. I don't know how much forum experience you have, but you don't need to make seperate posts to quote two different people. Just use the quote tags then copy what you want quoted from the topic review below the box where you type you're reply.

For example

Doug must have secrets in his family =D And yes XD I just figured the captioned person would be in too much of a hurry to figure it out.

As for the new captions I am really confused on the first one with the couple sharing a drink, could you clear that up for me? The rest seemed ok and I have not taken the chance to read the story one...yet. The first one was sort of an ad, or someone just talking in an unusual way to describe couples week at the Cafe. I dunno, for such a strage approach to deliver it, I think it works out best in third person. Unless your question wasn't about the writing style?

Happy endings just aren't my style. Out of all of the captions I've done, the dimension worm is the only one that really suggests a happily ever after. All of my others for the most part, the main character learns to cope with their new situation.

There you go Mario. I don't like quoting generally. All you have to do is mention the persons name then tell them what's on your mind to simplify the reply process. And besides that, your last post would have been best in pm since it's best to talk in private over such matters. At least you appologised though =)[/quote]

Good new captions, overall. I actually liked the Project Kimono one. It was a sort of overview of the progress of the project. Wonder what'll come next? And the bike one was amusing, short and to the point. :)
