Garath's Potion Madness!

Clark hid behind Rhiannon for the majority of the encounter with Sandra. She still felt very insecure about herself, after all, and even though she knew others didn't know her real identity, she couldn't help but feel just a bit ashamed. Clark couldn't help but let out a small giggle when the nurse tripped and fell flat on her face, though. It reminded her so much of her own clumsiness.... Oh, the bed! Right!

"Thank you...." She whispered as she hopped onto the bed with Rhiannon, her hand clutching the other girl's the entire time. "I'm sure you can find out what's wrong with us...."

OOC: Okay, so I'm guessing that Kristine and Ryan/Ruth have been in the same health center the whole time, so go ahead and blow up on me if I'm wrong.

Waiting for Kristine's answer, Ryan/Ruth noticed two girls enter the room next to them (she could hear their voices). She heard a loud thumping noise, and then something about stomach bugs. "Hey! Those could be your friends! Let's go see!" Ryan/Ruth leads Kristine into the next room, but apparently the nurse was already taking care of them. "Well, I guess we can wait for them to come out. Still, I'd like to make sure." Ryan/Ruth rang the bell on the counter.

(Ok, given what Kristine said, it looked like you were going to try and find them both before you ended up at the health center. For the sake of sanity on all our parts. :P Let's say you head to their dorm first and find them not there. Then headed to the health center.)

After Sandra had finished her examination she smiled, "Don't worry. Nothing is wrong with you. This is perfectly natural to feel in the condition you both are in. Unless you didn't know..." She says thoughtfully.

"So I guess I get to be the first to tell you!" She smiles, "You're both pregnant! Congradulatlions!"

It was then she heard the bell on the desk. Ruth and Kristine having just arrived.

"Oh hello there!" She said turning toward them, "I'm Sandra, the nurse on duty! How may I help you?"

Ryan couldn't help but notice that the nurse was very blonde and very busty. She blushed. "Well, um, we're looking for some friends of ours. Do you know if Rhiannon and her friend have dropped by today?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

Rhiannon just stared at her, open-mouthed. "What on earth are you talking about?" she exclaimed. "That's impossible! Literally! I- I haven't done anything that would get you pregnant in the first place! Trust me, I would remember something like that! If this is some sort of joke, it's not the least bit funny!" Her temper was definitely starting to rise up. "If- if you don't believe me, I- I've heard you can- check those things-" what she was alluding to made her turn red, a bit; it was a pretty personal examination, after all. "So- uh- find someone to check that for you, and it'll prove it's impossible!" It had to be impossible. She and Clark hadn't even kissed properly, let alone gone that far. And she hadn't let any other guys she'd gone out with do more than kiss her, either; not like she'd been on a date any time recently anyway, but that was beside the point. So it had to be impossible. Biology just didn't work that way.

(Seeing as how Asch is leaving temporarily, and I might want to rp sometime during that time...)
And then suddenly.... Allen remembered something. There was a strange girl in the dorm last night.

"It's all a bit fuzzy still though... Tiredness combined with me being upset and angry, and everything else.... I think that may have been Clark, but... I drank the last pink potion... What did Clark drink to turn that way? Unless a sixth pink potion suddenly appeared, it should be sorta... not very probable. Unless there was some other potion in there that did that to him... Probably would be best to go see them. I think I heard them talk about going to the health center as I was leaving... Although I hope it won't be a repeat of that whole Kris event..." She thinks to herself, realizing that it would be best to see what the others are up to before heading off on her own. Even if it means being like this a few minutes longer.

"Alright, we should head to the health center probably. Or at least I will. I think there's something wrong with Clark and Rhia, and well... What with all the problems I've caused them, I want to try to make it up to them a little. So I'm going to check in on them, they said they were going there, I think. Bye." Allen tells the foxboy, heading off at a quick pace towards the health center. Ignoring any people staring at her because of her outfit and appearance.[/i]

"Why yes!" Sandra said simling at 'Ruth', "They are right over there on that bed-"

It was then that Rhianons screams were shouted.

"You haven't done anything to become pregnant? You mean you became pregnant randomly? That doesn't make sense. And what do you mean check those things?" Sandra said quite confused.

Someone would swear to seeing question marks appear above her head.

[Mistress Guendolen]

"I meant what I said! I haven't- well, you know! You kinda need two people to get pregnant, and that's something I haven't been doing! Haven't ever done, if you wanna get really personal! And there's- you know- oh, supposed to be a- a patch of- skin, you know, across the- uh- the- passage-" Rhiannon was turning bright red by this point, but soldiered on. "And- to- do that- it's gotta be, uh- broken through, and since I haven't then mine hasn't, and doctors can check and see that that's true, you know! And that's why this's gotta be a mistake of some kind!"

[Mystic Mina]

"Well, I mean, um..... Neither of us have ever.... Erm.... Intercourse with anyone, so there isn't any way either of us could be pregnant...."

A growing fear was beginning to take hold within Clark. He remembered that strange sensation within him after he drank that weird white potion.... Oh God.... Could it have....

"Oh my God...." Clark whispered to herself. Her eyes welled up with tears as she placed a trembling hand on her stomach. She was going to be.... A mother....

[Mistress Guendolen]

Rhiannon put an arm around Clark, giving her a one-limbed hug. She still believed this was a screw-up somewhere. "Don't worry," she said, seeing the tears. "As you said, we haven't done what's necessary, and we can prove it. This's a big mess-up. We'll figure it out." She glared at the nurse.

[Kohaku]

A chuckle was heard from the doorway, "Pregnant, Rhia-chan? Wow, Clark must move fast, huh?"

It was Yumiko, formerly Kazuki. She has somehow managed to hide away her cat ears and tail. She leaned against the door frame, a grin on her face. She yawned, "Oh, that was a nice little catnap... Where's Kristine, by the by?"

[Mistress Guendolen]

Rhiannon shot to her feet, face even redder. "Of- of course not! What we did or didn't do is none of your business, but this is a mistake! Where did you come from, anyway? I thought you wandered off or- or joined a side show or something! And I have no idea where Kristine is, either!" Knowing her record, probably out looking for a boyfriend somewhere.

"But but... I'm so sure..." Sandra said in response to Rhianon's rant.

"I... I guess there is only ONE way to prove this!" She said her eyes flashing in determination. Reaching behind her desk she draws out a large duffle bag in which she opens and begins to search around in.

"BEHOLD! The nurses greatest ally! The uh.. BABY SCAN!" She said holding in one hand above her head an ultrasound machine.

"Even at such an early stage this machine will clearly show that a child is indeed developing in a womb. So If I -AM- mistaken, this will prove it!"

(That's probably BS, but like I said I'm not a doctor, and for the sake of this RP we will just say it works.)

[Mistress Guendolen]

"Okay, go ahead. That'll show you this is a mistake." Rhiannon was resolute. How could she be carrying a baby when she hadn't done anything to create one?

OOC: I think that is b.s.; there need to be proper hosptial examinations and so forth. Mom is a nursing teacher, and her specialty is O.B. But this is an alternate universe, as it were, so what you say goes.

Steve, who had quietly followed Rhiannon and 'Clair' was sitting in the nurses office on a chair, still wearing a long coat to hide her wings. "This is crazy..." she said.
