Okay, so I dunno how many people will know or care about this, so here goes a brief explanation:
Recently (read: two months ago), the U.S. Postal Service increased normal snail mail rates by two cents, from $.39 to $.41 (yay, I can do math).
Now, the reasoning behind this is because they haven't increased rates while fuel costs have gone, well, crazy.
So, the two cents is gonna help pay for the difference in fuel. Why is this a problem? Well, they then said they are never increasing the rates cost ever again.
So, now to vote on what people think on this piece of randomness. XD
