Erin and a newcomer teleport into the safehouse. Tina is sat in the dark corner again relaxing and thinking things through.

"Hey guys" called Erin, "I'm back and I've like brought another hybrid with me."

Tina looked up. The stifling a snigger as the newcomer attempts to get some balance. "Don't worry, you'll get used to it." she said, "Erin's teleports can be...bumpy at best."

Absol walked up to the newcomer. "Hi I'm absol and this is my hybrid Tina"

"Hey don't make it sound like your my trainer" argued Tina, "that just sounds weird." She turned her attention back to the newcomer. "Anyway, yes I'm Tina, a gengar hybrid" she said, standing up and coming into better light.

Zaru looked around, "Wow, you guys are hybrids too, cool." Zaru said sitting down.

"That like totally does sound strange the way you put it Absol. Oh and by the way. Come on out Espeon I choose you!" Erin said as she sent out her Espeon.

"Hi like my name is Espeon. I was Erin's starter. I evolved from an Eevee." Espeon said.

"Yes Espeon is my pal! We have like totally been together since she was an Eevee when I started out my journey from Pallet Town. One day we were training and having Pokemon Battles during the day and she evolved into Espeon since I took such good care of her." Erin said.

"So are you like going to be okay? I am still fairly new to teleporting." Erin asked then said.

"His name is Zaru, and like I can't really remember where I found him. I just heard a call for help and teleported to where I thought the sound was coming from. I found him somewhere between here and Celadon City I think. Zaru-San do you remember where exactly it was that I found you?" Erin said.

"yes we do," said Tina, "However it is a long story that we shall fully tell you later. However in essence it was potentially useful experiment in cell manipulation that after a series of accidents has was abused by some lunatic. Beleive it or not we are hleping the person who started the project however for the purpose of curing genetic illness, not making hybrids."

"We never really found out the whole truth. It's something to do with us being spliced with Pokemon DNA when we were babies. It took 19 years for my Hybrid form to appear. It is like a really complicated story. Professor Palm could tell you it, but no matter what he says in the story you can trust him to help you." Erin said.

"I guess, I was kinda of a loos cannon when my powers awakened." Zaru said. "My powers appeared when I was about 10, sinse I was born with Cyndaquil DNA, A had alot of problems touching this without them bursting into flames or Melting, when I got older, My DNA evolved like a normal pokemon, until I a few days ago, I turned 17 and my DNA became Tsyphosion DNA, then I got into real trouble then got kicks out of my home." Zaru said.

"tough break" said Tina, "my powers only emerged a few days ago. It was during a fairly dire situation. I was forced to use them big time as soon as I gained them and it almost killed me."
