*Bang!* *Bang!*
"Hey! Is anybody listening? I know you can hear me! Answer me! Look, I've changed my mind, all right? Just let me out!"
Frowning, Ray stepped back and considered his situation.
He could only think of two reasons for them trapping him in this room: Either they figured out that he was committing fraud and had pinned him down until the cops arrived, or someone had made a mistake and thought he was supposed to go through whatever experiement they were conducting on people.
He sighed and sat down next to the paper bag, rummaging through it. He about to eat the contents when he stopped and thought about it. If this was some sort of experiment, maybe the food had a weird drug in it?
His stomach protested. It was equally likely that this was some sort of behavioral study about watching people trapped in little white rooms until they went insane.
Fraught with indecision, he decided to put the bag away for now and continue complaining as loud as he could. He wasn't entirely averse to doing the experiment as long as he was paid, but he really wanted a chance to properly scam whoever was in charge, first.
